Most of this is for the individual, and I dabble in some basic group movement at the end. Fundamentals must be learned.

People can't stress this enough. Dry fire training is a very good way to train your trigger manipulation. In the Marines we called it "snapping in" We would dry fire train for several days before qualification. hugely important and you could do it while watching TV.
