WHAT IS: The Unorganized Militia

Recommended Posts

The Question that keeps coming up...

Sec 313 Title 32 of the US Code - Veterans

All Former members of the armed forces are considered part of the unorganized militia.

Sec 313 Title 32 of the US Code - Exceptions

Any Elected Official or anyone who is a member of the National Guard or Current Military.

10 U.S. Code § 311 - Militia: Composition

The militia of the United States consists of all able-bodied males at least 17 years of age and under 45 years of age.

Now that we have covered what the militia is, you are probably wondering what it has to do with you. We have already established that

"every member of American society is in fact militia"

You can stop now, and leave, and nothing will change, you will go about your life, but

"you will still be a member of the militia, rather you like it or not"

the choice to take that responsibility seriously is one that you have to make on your own.

How does one "take the responsibility seriously?" Train.

"Simply owning a gun does not make you a minuteman"

Owning arms is the birthright of every American, and the duty of every militiaman, but it does not end there. In order to be a more effective militiaman, you must train. The extent and depth of that training is entirely up to you. If you own a rifle, and you take it to the range and practice, you have taken part in militia training. If you take to the hills for a camping or hiking trip, you have completed militia training.

We are dedicated to training the militiaman, be he/she a member of an organized group, or out on his/her own. We also provide space for individuals to link up with an organized group, as well as a place to share information about such training.

Taking our cues from the business world, this site aims to create a network of Patriots across the country. Our shared knowledge is put on the table to be a benefit to all in our endevor to preserve Liberty.

Thomas Jefferson in a letter to William S. Smith in 1787....

"And what country can preserve its liberties, if its rulers are not warned from

time to time that this people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take

arms...the tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time, with the blood

of patriots and tyrants. It is its natural manure." -- Thomas Jefferson

President Kennedy's Commemorative Message on Roosevelt Day, January 29, 1961...

"Today, we need a nation of Minutemen, citizens who are not only prepared

to take arms, but citizens who regard the preservation of freedom as the basic

purpose of their daily life and who are willing to consciously work and sacrifice

for that freedom." -- John F. Kennedy

Them quotes are 174 years apart ..... and now its over 55 years later and in some circles Patriots are thought of as Terrorist, This is because of people who remain impervious to education and evolution, they feed the stereotype by being willfully ignorant of the truth.
