We have been giving it some thought about getting Tennessee on Zello. That way we can have conversations across the state and get us all on the same page. It would give us all an open channel that we can speak to each other and maybe even conduct a once a week meeting. Open to any and all comments and thoughts.

Sounds good. What ever can expedite us going forward is fine by me

I think it would be a great asset to open COMMS across the state. We all need to be on the same page with all of this. The better organized we become as a whole the better our chances.

Good morning TN patriots! Commanding officer of the 1ST TN RIFLES UMIT here. I think trying the comms deal with zello is worth a shot, comms is extremely important and severely needed. We've been heavily focused here in this dept for the past 2 years. It's equally as important as your rifle.

Just so that we're on the same page here, I'm not here to join any group, nor are any of my folks either.  I'm here for mutual support and open communication and the possibility of cross training with other groups.  I've been the elected leader of the 1ST TN RIFLES for a long time, that being said, we are a independent group and do not plan on integrating into anything or anybody, we'll gladly "work" with anyone as we have a top notch training program. Assume what rank you want to, just be aware of our rules.

That seems a little harsh. I thought we were all here to work as a whole. We will make certain that you are not included in any of our events as the rest of us proceed.Thank you for the heads up and being as candid as you could be. Best of luck with your group.

Point of order

The primary goal of the militia is to form the nucleus of a strong civilian defense
organization. Furthermore, it is to maintain a constant state of readiness in the event
that it should be called up to perform its Constitutional functions.

All citizens who intend to form militia units, and those already established, are
encouraged to use this organizational structure to ensure a degree of
standardization, coordination, and parity between units and unit operations.

A militia unit can not and will not become a viable military organization, or have any
potential for effective civil defense and response, until the talk stops and purposeful
organization begins. Officers must effectively organize group efforts and provide for
training, unit organization, response strategies, intelligence, security and
communications. Logistics Officers must ensure the acquisition of resources
consistent with the tactical role assumed by the unit. Every member must acquire
and develop proficiency in the use of firearms, field and specialized equipment. Each
member must be committed to the purpose and goals of the unit.

In any organization, there needs to be a clear chain of command to insure effective
coordination of the smaller units. At the same time, units must be capable of
responding to the immediate circumstances without having to request permission to
act.

The fundamental rule guiding the organization is centralized principles and planning
with decentralized tactics and action.

To meet these goals and objectives; the organization is divided into several teams
under the direction of a command Staff.

One thing I've seen in 13+ years of being in this movement, is too many power plays buy those who desire to be in charge. I was just being clear that were not here to join anything, but to provide mutual support. Each group should remain separate and no centralization, anytime there's is a centralized power, it corrupts. Just look at why were all in a militia to start with, not to mention with one group, it would be easy to take out the leadership and render it non effective. However, if that's the way you want it, you got it.

How should I proceed with B Co. in that regard? Do we as 19th Tennessee Infantry have an S.O.P. for leadership selection?

I am truly sorry you feel the way you do. Without knowing who I am personally, it is not a good idea to accuse me of anything. Especially trying to pull a power trip on anyone. No one here was asking you to join anything. No one was asking anything of you or your group but to open COMMS with other units within the state of Tennessee.

According to A well regulated Militia; in order to be considered part of AWRM there is a ranking structure that must be adhered to. That is not me pulling a power play or anything else you chose to call it. I am working my butt off to get all of us on the same page. Apparently you chose to have this in public forum instead of speaking to me or anyone else in a private chat. To me that is putting ones foot down as a leader making his voice heard over all others. I for one do not appreciate being spit on for my efforts. If you did not want to open COMMS and be part of something larger and better maybe you should have not responded when I contacted you. I will grant your wishes and have you removed. Just keep in mind there is strength in numbers.

Good evening from Henderson Co.

I’m just a simple Mechanical Designer/Engineer that travels a lot, but is willing and able to help where fit.  I’m currently NOT armed to the teeth, but own, and is somewhat proficient with the weapons I do possess.  Several 9mm sidearms, M4 Rifle, and a few other long range rifles.  In my opinion, I could use better tactical training.
I came to this group/organization In hopes to learn and to better prepare myself.  I’m very disappointed with direction my country is currently heading, and want to help change its course.  I believe, smarter members than myself, can strategically put together, organize, prepare us / train us, and lead us to where we can be the most beneficial to my country.  I’m here to learn... teach me.

Good evening Sir. I can only recommend you sign up for the 731 area code Militia if you have not done so already. Out Bravo Co.is out your way and they are in the process of forming currently. The current leader is DanMan. I will try to include him in this so he knows he has another recruit for the group out in your neck of the woods. We are all here for the same reason. That is to grow as a whole.
