Good day troops

I am working on getting COMMS open in the MyMilitia web site. If anyone here is listed as a leader, message me and let me know if you are interested in COMMS. We are running out of time to get organized. Currently we are posting topics related to functions, processes, gear, etc. Looking forward to hearing form Militia leaders. If you are not a leader urge your leaders to get on and let me know.

Hello all. I live in phoenix and just joined the 480. No military experience but I have taken multiple courses, am a ccw holder, and have been a proud 2A Supporter for the last 15 years. I don't pretend to be a professional by any means but I do know I am ready and willing to help out this community in any way I can.

Hello all Patriots. My name is Dan I’m interested in the 520 area code and that is not listed. I can’t seem to get any further. Can someone reach out to explain what the area code militia is and how I can go about starting  one for 520 when I push the link it states there is a problem.

Hey Dan, to my knowledge we don't currently have anyone in 520. If this is correct you may end up being our contact there. When people come into this site to volunteer from that area then we tell them who to contact in that sector. The 520 area code is pretty much all of Southern Arizona and includes Ajo, Tombstone, Sierra Vista, and Tucson. The best way too get more people is to promote this site in those areas to grow a branch there and figure out who is best to lead. As of now though,  you are in charge unless we know who is down there.

As for the Valley,  there are 3 different areas codes and some who live here might have a 602, 480, 623 area code but they might not be in the right area. My phone is 480, but I live in 602 area so that is what I am in charge of (602) but we might converge all into one. Maybe!

Hi, non-vet, but career contractor supporting our military including 12 years w USAF/Army/DoD, another 8 with civ agencies including the VA and NASA. Far NW Phoenix loc, Constitutional Conservative, freedom lover, and Christian concerned about the direction of the country and the rise and unveiled nature of evil in this world. I have lots of training in LR, CQB, and actively shoot in USPSA/NRA events but never like the folks that committed fully with the blank check. I'm admittedly skeptical of all this and I am open to meeting folks to see what I can do to help and also to observe reality and make a difference.

I want to join the most constitutionally supported force in the state, The Arizona State Militia. Im unable to do so due to the fact I live in Navajo county.

How can this be?

My wife and I just moved down here last year from outside Oakridge OR. We'd moved to OR back in 83, from Phoenix AZ. And now that the world has gone nuts and we're both retired, we wanted to move back to AZ. Can't take the valley heat anymore, so we moved to Apache Co, near Lyman Lake. Got a ~40 acre place right on the Little Colorado. Seeing what's going on in OR right now, we are so glad we got the hell out of there when we did.

Welcome back to AZ man. Stop by our meeting this Saturday and make some new friends.

YCPT
Yavapai County Preparedness Team
Chino Valley Group
August 22, 2:00 - 4:00 pm
Prior to the meeting, our specialized Community Preparedness Teams will meet, at the same location:
Noon - Medical
12:30 - Preparedness, Home Medicine, Communications
1:00 - Engineering, Intel
Preparedness will be discussing the Covid 19 Isolation and items that disappeared first (things you should consider getting when they are available). They will also be visiting how to get started as a new "prepper". Are you ready for another quarantine in the fall? Even if it is longer? Team Leader Gary, and the other members, have all the answers. There will be handouts to take home.
Beginning HAM radio will be conducted at 12:30. Be sure to ask for this class at the door, or in the Comms team meeting!
The general meeting at 2:00 will include a basic radio presentation. BRING YOUR RADIOS for hands on learning! If you have a radio, it does no good if you don't have these basics. What frequency should you use in an emergency? How do you use it to get help? or offer help? We will have some radios available at the meeting for less than $50.
If you have not yet registered to vote, or need to change your address, Linda will have a table set up for that. We strongly encourage you to be registered, and please plan to vote!
All our meetings, trainings and events are offered as a service to the public and are FREE. You owe it to yourself to check us out, and bring your friends and family. In a major emergency, it is up to us to look out for ourselves, and for each other. Vets, this is a great place for you to use your skills and experience!

What makes them constitutionally suppirted

I think that is old information or they changed their stance on the AO they are working in. I know they have people in Tucson and some here in the Valley,  but after all that Bundy ranch stuff they did split into 2 groups. One is still ASM, but the other is the Praetorian guard. I think they are mostly east Valley area. We're working on something else right now for AZ, but I need to meet with any of the other leaders in the area codes to discuss this. If there is anyone in the Valley that can help me out with transpo, this event would be a great place to call a meeting.

Is there anything going on in the NW valley? My work-life balance precludes me from driving to Mesa or Tucson to participate regularly. Don't want to waste most of my available time driving through PHX traffic.

MEETING TOMORROW! June 27

Man I'd love to attend, but that's an 8 hour round trip for me, and I just can't be gone that long right now. Oh heck with the dogs and all, it'll be rare that I can ever get away for that long.

I'm not with ASM anymore. Been a while since I've seen any of them. I'm over here in the NE Valley off Tatum and Bell area. I think this meeting that we're talking about is WAY up North, so if you can't make it, that's ok. I can go and meet with everyone and then meet with you later after we figure out what exactly we all want to do. I just have some information that I want to share with everyone so we can all make an informed decision on our Direction.  And Welcome by the way, to all those who are new to the site and to the Valley/AZ
