MasterPiece Arms Introduces MPA BA Lite PCR Competition Rifle

MasterPiece Arms (MPA) didn’t waste time growing into a major player in the firearms industry, and it continues to grow.


One of the latest introduction from MasterPiece is the MPA BA Lite PCR Competition Rifle.



The new MasterPiece rifle is designed specifically for the Production Class requirements of the Precision Rifle Series (PRS). It includes many competition related features while staying under the $2,000 price limit for this class.


The MPA BA Lite PCR Competition Rifle is available in black, burnt bronze, flat dark earth, gunmetal and tungsten in both left- and right-handed set ups.


All chassis and barrels are Cerakoted in a multitude of colors and patterns. Custom patterns have a plus-$150 upcharge.


Available calibers for the MPA BA Lite PCR Competition Rifle include 6mm Creedmoor, 243 Win, 6.5 Creedmoor, 308 Win, 6.5 x 47 Lapua, and 6mm x 47 Lapua.


MasterPiece’s rifle is constructed with a Match Grade Chamber and a Savage Model 12 Short Action.


The rifle’s barrel is a Bergara 416R Stainless Premium Barrel Blank. The chassis is an MPA BA Lite Chassis, while the muzzle brake is an MPA High Performance Muzzle Brake.


The rifle also features a Basix Savage Trigger set to two pounds.

  • Magazine: AICS Type (10 Round Accurate/AICS Type Magazine Included)
  • Built-In Bubble Level
  • Thumb Notch
  • Spigot Mount Ready
  • Bag Rider
  • Rotating Barricade Stop
  • Chassis Weight: 2.9 pounds (Overall rifle weight depends on barrel length and contour.)
