Even The Firearms Industry Cannot Escape This Seasonal Trend

Recommended Posts

It’s a seasonal trend unlike any other. It descends upon the nation like a storm: rapid and unforgiving. It’s in the air, across store shelves, forced into our food, reflected in clothing and ever present in our coffee mugs.

That’s right, kids – it’s pumpkin season.

With Labor Day officially in our rear view mirror, fall is here and once again, it’s time for PUMPKIN EVERYTHING. Nutri-Grain Pumpkin Spice Breakfast Bars, Special-K Pumpkin Spice Crunch, pumpkin-filled Pop-Tarts, Pumpkin Spice marshmallows, Pumpkin Oreos, Pumpkin Spice Eggos, Pumpkin Spice Peeps and let’s not forget the grand poobah: Starbucks Pumpkin Spice Lattes.

Even the firearms industry can’t escape this all-consuming seasonal trend.

The “Town Tote” Concealed-Carry Purse in an Ostrich Pattern. Colors available? Black, Blue and Pumpkin.

There are pumpkin and jack-o-lantern paper targets for the gun range.

Or better yet, use real pumpkins as targets.

(Please wait until after October 31st to do this if you have kids, I speak from experience on this one)

You can even treat yourself to a custom Cerakote color for your gun… in pumpkin.

You could try this recipe for Pumpkin-Spiced Brownies from Garden&Gun.

Or take the Pumpkin Spice Armor Test:

But the best thing I’ve seen available in this autumnomenon, may not even be real, but it’s spectacular:

Happy Pumpkin Spice season, gunnys!
