Altogether, it weighs in at only 6.6 lbs. The flat top A3 upper allows the shooter to mount the optic of their choice on the Picatinny rail. The 16" lightweight barrel provides plenty of velocity for most sporting and tactical applications. Scope not included.

I will check with my local ffl holder to get one.

Not sure what your tax rate is , but if your buying out of the state of ohio i don't think you have to pay tax and the cost of tax will most likely be close to what the FFL transfer will cost so your price should be about the same ... close to $400 that was my goal going after this , put as many of these rifles in the hands of Americans as possible. this is why i work on the budget rifles.

Seems like a sweet deal.I'll check with my dealer on costs

This price should be hard to beat here is the same gun with $150 mail in rebate and still costs $424 plus tax @ Cabellas http://www.cabelas.com/product/DPMS-Oracle-Semiautomatic-Tactical-Rifles/1143595.uts

usually my local gun shop cannot compete with chain stores but they asked me to move some of these units and gave us a good deal, something to buy and leave in the box if you want just to have you never know what the future holds

Jebus! I wish someone would've bought me a gun for my graduation gift! Best I got was one helluva graduation party and a three day hangover.
