Go Multi-Barrel, Multi-Caliber with MasterPiece Arms’ MPA 65BA-SL Bolt Action Rifle

Recommended Posts

MasterPiece Arms has announced the latest addition to its rifle lineup: a bolt-action dubbed the MPA 65BA-SL.

The main thing about this model is that it incorporates West Texas Ordnance‘s Switch Lug System, which lets the user change the barrel in five minutes without negatively affecting accuracy. This system gives you the option of using a number of different calibers. The MPA 65BA-SL comes standard in 6.5 Creedmoor with a hand lapped 24-inch Spencer barrel with a 1:8 twist.

“We always have our finger on the pulse of the precision rifle community. We noticed that many PRS shooters have need for a secondary caliber or potentially a trainer rifle usually chambered in a less expensive or easier to get caliber. With the incorporation of the Switch Lug System there’s no need for a second rifle. Simply get a second barrel in your preferred caliber, and possibly a spare bolt and magazine and now your match gun can also be your training gun. In addition, the Switch Lug System also makes barrel replacement a very simple task, all you need is a Torx wrench to make the switch.” MPA president Phil Cashin said in a statement

Meanwhile, the MPA 65BA-SL also features the new Curtis Custom Axiom action, and the shooter is given the option of choosing either the MPA Chassis System or Competition Chassis. Built for extreme accuracy, MasterPiece Arms guarantees at least a 3/8″ MOA with this model.

MSRP for the MPA 65BA-SL bolt-action rifle is $3,250. Check out a list of features, via the press release, below.

Who we are

We are a community of concerned patriots who are not overly confident in the current direction of our society, from the wild political climate to what can be summed up as a lack of morals or a complete void of integrity and pretty much a blatant disregard of respect..... Respect for our past, respect for our future and respect for each other. In order to protect our constitution and life as we know it, we decided to not be the silent majority anymore and pull our selves up by the bootstraps and make the world a better place. This website is to unite people like us, people who want to make a difference ... and do it the right way, Little did we know that in doing so we would create the number one militia community online. Here we are. Enjoy.
