Oldrerbel, you need to follow the links listed to the individual group's websites.  This thread is just a list of Alabama Militia website links and the only way to find out if they are still active is to follow the links and try to contact them.  You can also click on the Militias tab at the top of this site and any Militias you see listed there should be active as that tab was just updated recently.  Good luck brother!
