How would you feel firearm regulations

Recommended Posts

What if they made you prove you payed taxes or had a job for more then a month do you think that would stop more people that are p.o.s's from having them making legal gun owners safer from crimes committed by people who legally purchased the weapon used?tell me what you think.

I think that's an infringement, just like all the rest. Inalienable rights are inalienable rights, regardless of employment or social status.

Yeah definitely agree but as we know there's a day coming sometime maybe soon maybe a while from now but there's a day coming were there's gonna be more regulations so I figure if the gun community talks about a regulation we don't hate and won't affect us non-criminal gun owners maybe when that day comes we can all suggest the same...my bigger goal is to not compromise ever but this makes for a good discussion.

A regulation one group doesn't hate may be the death knell to another.  Our mentality has to be "Not one more freaking inch" otherwise we're just frogs in a pot.

Interesting thought...but this can be easily forged or set up a false front from any business owner. What would more likely happen is someone passing a bill nationally banning all private sales of firearms...then they legislate the small dealers out of business,  then one has no practical way to sell a firearm, and this creates a full paper trail on every firearm going forward.

Legislation...registration...confiscation...decimation...all steps taken by evil regimes upon the free.

One thing people that are willing to cave on some small area fail to realize is that gun control isn't about safety... it's all about control. and BuryTheHatchet nailed it on how this crap progresses. Today your evil magazines and bumpstock, tomorrow your evil looking rifles. the day after tomorrow scoped "sniper capable" rifles. Next week "close in assasination/execution" rimfire weapons.

This is a war on our rights and you don't win a war with Pyrrhic victories.
