As we celebrate our nation’s independence day, let’s remember our past leaders who lost their lives in the battle for the freedom we are enjoying today. It did not come so easily. We are greatly indebted to these heroes.

Just a little consideration on a very special day...

As patriotic citizens, let’s put extra effort to perform our own civic rights and responsibilities. We ask that everyone celebrates in a way that does not cause our living heroes, anguish.  Fireworks can be a trigger for difficult memories for combat veterans for the many dealing with post-traumatic stress disorder, the sound of the fireworks popping is all too similar to the sound of bullets. Be Aware and Be Respectful.

Your contribution towards moving the country forward is very important. We need to be mindful of how our actions and in-actions affect other people’s well-being.

We wish a safe and wonderful independence day to you and your family.
