I've been going to conservative-safe sites for years.  It's not that trolls don't enter ... they do.  But I've talked up My Militia on several websites, some of which have hundreds of thousands of readers.  Everyone's worried, and the fact that My Militia exists is giving these people hope.  Many of my friends, including one who is a professor of S.T.E.M. technology at a university, have done extensive reading, here, and found nothing that the average person should be concerned about.

 

I would suggest that anyone else who goes to such political ... or other types of boards ... do the same thing.  This way the word continues to be spread.  I realize that, eventually, someone in the government will take notice, and perhaps, that notice will not be friendly to us.  But we've got to use every tool at our disposal to ensure that people who may not have considered a militia know about us.

Thanks! I'm sure we are already on someone's or entities  radar(s), but anyone that speaks out against bullying, tyranny and oppression usually are.

It has been a slow start because people are concerned with participating on a site like this. We try to put forth a welcoming law abiding vibe because its true...We don't allow anything illegal .... that turns the crazies around to go back to their holes and empowers others like us who want to make a difference the right way to get involved. 

 

If anyone wants to take their own personal situation to the next level...no matter if you are just launching a unit or are a member of an established one. I recommend talking to your county sheriff about what his thoughts are relating to citizen militia's and if he would support them.... you may be really surprised to find the feedback to be encouraging ... volunteering your units manpower in the time of need does not have to mean "all out war"... sometime all they need are some good people with strong backs to serve our communities. The more good press we can get for militias the better off we all are. We have to shake the stigmata of the militias all being bad guys... even if it means winning over one community at a time.

That's because the political Left controls the media, and the media is where people get their "information".  Sometimes, their information comes from the entertainment industry.  Consider an episode of my good wife's favorite TV show ... Criminal Minds ... where "the team" goes out west to investigate some killings that are associated with a "militia group".  In spite of the fact that the head of this militia helps the local Sheriff and the FBI, and takes out the bad guy from about a 1000 yards, they are consistently portrayed as gun-toting, hard-drinking, overweight "rednecks".  It should be noted that the "bad guy", in this instance, isn't a member of the militia, in this episode.

Although the bundy's held federal land hostage and used gun's to force people and officer's to "Respect" them. I personally do thing that the Bundy's should be in jail for what they did. There is a fine line between protest and holding a federal reserve hostage for month's.

Yep, they broke the law, and they are lucky that they aren't all facing prison sentences.
