This thread is meant to be a forum where like minded people can find others looking for land or homes in the same general areas they are.  This gives them an opportunity to come together to buy larger tracts of land or homes with more acreage than they want or would be able to buy for themselves, and they can then sub-divide it among each other.  This will also give some people a chance to get to know and pick their neighbors in advance.  It will give people a way to get a part of a desirable la
