The following group "Southern Texas State Militia" (with several web sites) are currently displaying the Texas State Militia emblem and are definitely not part of the TSM charter.

 

We have reached out via all contact types with no response.

 

We highly suspect that this is a "keyboard warrior" type of thing.

If we are incorrect in this assessment we will be happy to interface with any command staff from these units, but suspicions are high from using our emblem without permission\notification.
