Militia Member Roles

Good morning Patriots. I am needing some guidance on the different roles we can place on members within our militia groups here. What specifically are the capabilities and limitations of the Leader and Moderator? If I assign someone as a Leader in my militia group, do they pretty much have admin rights, as far as the group goes? Also, what level member can post events on the groups event calendar?
