5 New Bushnell Laser Rangefinder Models Released

Recommended Posts

Bushnell recently announced five new laser rangefinder models, what the company is calling “the next generation of rangefinders.” The new models are the Prime 1300 and 1700, Engage 1300 and 1700 and the Nitro 1800.

Bushnell engineered each new rangefinder to be up to two times brighter than competitive models in its class, according to Bushnell. The rangefinders include an all-glass optical system and also feature an enhanced LCD Display. Fifty-percent larger objective lenses let more light in. Meanwhile, fully multi-coated optics with ultra-wide band coating provide sharp, clear images, according to Bushnell. The company’s EXO Barrier lens coating protects against the elements.

The new rangefinders also include improvements in the new ergonomic design. The housings are slimmed down and designed to balance evenly in the hand. Rubber over-mold ensure a positive grip and adds protection.

The new rangefinders include a proprietary algorithm to ensure quick, consistent readings. The Prime, Engage and Nitro rangefinders feature a two-lens system. A 6X magnification and powerful laser diode round out the features.

The Nitro 6x24mm utilizes an Applied Ballistics engine, taking bullet load and range data to provide a firing solution. The unit communicates over Bluetooth as well. Additionally, the Nitro pairs hold-over data to scope and reticle configurations. The rangefinder also includes the company’s ARC (Angle Range Compensation) Rifle and Bow modes. Retail is $349.99.

The Prime rangefinders offer ranging of reflective targets to 1,300 and 1,700 yards, respectively. Each delivers 6X magnification with a 24mm objective lens. ARC Bow and Rifle modes come in each model, as well as Scan, Bullseye and Brush modes. The 1300 retails for $169.99, while the 1700 retails at $199.99.

The Engage 1300 and 1700 rangefinders also come in a 6x24mm configuration. These rangefinders hit non-reflective targets, including deer, out to 400 and 500 yards, respectively. The units range reflective targets to 1,300 and 1,700 yards. Both rangefinders include ARC Bow and Rifle, Scan, Bullseye and Brush modes. The Engage 1300 retails for $256.95, while the 1700 costs $298.95.

Who we are

We are a community of concerned patriots who are not overly confident in the current direction of our society, from the wild political climate to what can be summed up as a lack of morals or a complete void of integrity and pretty much a blatant disregard of respect..... Respect for our past, respect for our future and respect for each other. In order to protect our constitution and life as we know it, we decided to not be the silent majority anymore and pull our selves up by the bootstraps and make the world a better place. This website is to unite people like us, people who want to make a difference ... and do it the right way, Little did we know that in doing so we would create the number one militia community online. Here we are. Enjoy.
