Leadership is required for the success of any organization, I learned long ago lots of people want to help, very few want to lead, but will follow someone who does.

 

Now you will find a few who may state they will never be lead, they should be avoided at all costs, loose cannons are not needed and are dangerous to the overall goal.

 

It's also very important to have leadership that can delegate tasks, good leaders do not micromanage they view the larger picture and delegate understand feedback and make changes as needed to correct.

 

Another very important quality that a leader must have is to avoid and dissuade butt kissers, anyone who does such is not to be trusted ever.

That's the equivalent of handing everyone an oar and no direction to row.

I dont think we need to focus on a civil war atm. We should focus on protecting our cities and businesses and getting seen in a positive light. That could attract more members.  In the future there may be a civil war. Does that mean we have to fight the entire US military, or would the military fracture?

Military will fracture there are lots of inner-city kids now in the military will take the commie side versus the country folks that will take the conservative side
