On 'dying for your country' ... I remember seeing, reading, somehow learning about something I think Marine recruits are told they teach you, not how to die for your country, but how to make the other M&(*$(*%  F%^**& die for his.  (Our enemies don't really have a country, at least not this one, but the sentiment still applies.)
