     'Edible Plants-The Most Familiar Edible Wild Plants of North America Described and Illustrated in Full Color' by Pamela Forey and Cecilia Fitzsimons, copyright 1989 Atlantis Publications Ltd, published by Crescent Books, ISBN 0-517-66217-5.

     Make darn sure you properly identify plants, as some look very similar. The book explains it well.

     I ate the wrong tubers once, and got sicker than a dog for awhile, luckily I was able to upchuck it.
