I think you are wrong.

This is a real crisis, and we have to expect -- just as in wartime -- the imposition of certain restrictions on our freedoms. We're not anarchists.

The Left will use this crisis as an opportunity to advance their own agenda -- obviously.

But we can use this crisis as an oppontunity to advance OUR agenda.

Think about it:  in a crisis, you want disciplined bodies of people -- who can enforce what has to be done with weapons, if necessary -- to be defending society.  In an ideal world, that's what the National Guard would be, and every able-bodied American would be a member of it. It would literally be 'the militia'.

Well, we've come down a long way from 1776.  I won't go into details about what has happened to our military -- its becoming something that only 3% of people serve in is just one aspect of it.

We need to show people that the militia is needed. It's just common sense.

Right now, only a tiny, miniscule fraction of Americans are in a militia. We need to have a target of expanding our numbers by two or three times by next year.  An achievable target, but still far far short of what our numbers need to be.

You can get a lot further in life with a kind word and a gun, than with a kind word alone.

I agree, it's time to start gathering able bodied men around you, who understand what freedom is and willing to fight for it. The enemy is gathering it's forces enmass right we speak. Start off in your current community residence and just go around an talking to folks. I feel all these restrictions imposed was not to help stop the spread of the virus but to stop the formation of Militias. They don't want us to resist the horrific atrocities they have planned for us in the future. We just want to be free.. we just want to be able to go outside and be left alone. We want to live our own lives, free of extreme government over reach and control. It's not that I hate the idea of government, it's when they begin controlling every aspect of life, when they begin taking away your right to defend yourself and especially when they treat law abiding citizens like criminals.
