Constructive? Critique on President Trump

     A rather timely article which gives a relatively honest critique of President Trump. It largely disdains him, while also conceding some praise, yet all within a somewhat limited arena and failing to see very far beyond the "establishment", which got America into a pickle to begin with.

     I think the article is potentially one sided to a large extent. The reason I think so is because it fails to take into account what the intelligence agencies might be doing and recommending. If they give complete and honest reports, then Trump may be as dead on as possible in most of his actions.

     I think abruptly pulling out of Syria was a huge mistake, for both humanitarian and military reasons, but our government has, for a long time, failed to think outside of the "establishment" box in the right way.

     This country seems to think that it can be the propagator of world peace, ignoring the fact that Islam, our worst enemy and a religio-politico conglomerate, hates Republicanism and Democracy.

     Obama meddled in Middle Eastern affairs under a guise of propiyiating peace between Palestinians and Israel, when he was really just advancing the cause of Islam while slamming Israel.

     Trump needs to listen to his generals and other advisors, provided they're not slanted, but he may be wary of another situation like Iraq, where the CIA said Saddam had wmd, then later admitted they hadn't really known. Or the stunt of forging a videotape of bin Laden discussing, and claiming responsibility for, the 911 Attacks.

     I'm afraid that the advocates of the new or one world order will cause Trump to buckle, my biggest concern.

     This history of Netanyahu illustrates, in my summation, that the United States has worsened the terror threat by, among other things, assuming to know more about the Middle East situation than the people who live there. 

 

     Concerning domestic affairs, we may be in big trouble by FEMA mandates, which organization has been granted dictatorial powers.

     Right now, it's hard to tell what will happen, anywhere. I hate to say it, but I'm seeing some superficiality in some of what Trump is doing. Maybe it's true that by declaring a national emergency, Trump has given most of his power to FEMA.
