New here, but hey everyone, Just as a heads up, Penal Law 240.35(4), which characterizes "unusual or unnatural ... facial alteration" as loitering, therefore anywhere you wear a mask you are technically committing a crime. Not saying this to make everyone paranoid or say 'stop wearing masks' or anything, just know that IMO this is a grey area.
