     A summary of the TRACE Act reads

“Authorize the Secretary of Health and Human Services to award grants to eligible entities to conduct diagnostic testing for COVID-19, and related activities such as contact tracing, through mobile health units and, as necessary, at individuals’ residences, and for other purposes.“.

     Just what does "and for other purposes" mean?

It means for any purpose they come up with to use it for, it's completely open ended.

And today Trump passed the "Operation Forced Injection" Act that he calls his "Operation Warp Speed" Act to accelerate distribution of the contaminated vaccine he's forcing on the country. Here's the article
