Perhaps, as someone else suggested to me yesterday, it's best to let these sorts of threads die a natural death.

 

As, regrettably, so will many of the people who refuse modern medicine, when the next, more lethal, virus

We're very lucky that this one mainly just kills off useless old people like me ... maybe it was just a laboratory

prototype, a proof-of-concept attempt. A test, not only of the biological qualities of the virus, but of the

way various countries around the world would respond.

 

If you like to think about these things, imagine a descendant of this virus, keeping its long incubation

period so it has a lot of unwitting carriers, but crafted to be lethal to younger people as well, after they have

spread it about for a couple of weeks -- as lethal as the Spanish Flu was.

 

Now imagine that the kindly folks who develop it, in secret of course, also develop a vaccine for it at the same time, and manufacture

several billion doses of the vaccine... while designing the virus to be very difficult to develop a vaccine for from scratch.

Imagine that they mass-vaccinate their own population, pretending to be vaccinating them for something much more

innocuous. Easy to do, if you're an authoritarian country.

 

Imagine the possibilities.

You are among wolves and you, my friend, are fear mongering. You are feeding the fear in people's hearts and stirring them into a panic as well as hurting our public image. 

 

Fighting a war involves far more than swinging around a cudgel, you barbarian. Battles are won by fighting men but wars are won by strategists and tacticians. You need to win the hearts and minds of the people. Raving like a lunatic is going to hurt ALL of our images and make you into the terrorist the news will paint you as. 

 

Ever notice the guy with the sign around his body that always yells about judgement day coming? Everyone thinks he's crazy. He could be right. Maybe he is. Who am I to judge? But no one is going to take that guy's side because he lacks tact and in the end if he's in a fight he will be all alone against people that brought friends. Even if he has a weapon, he's screwed because his enemy will have brought weapons. 

 

We HAVE to unite and speak tactfully and respectfully. We can NOT afford to be seen as lunatics. We can NOT afford to rant and rave about topics we cannot confirm with concrete evidence and factual information that is indisputable and incapable of being thrown out of court. What we NEED is information. We NEED people to keep their eyes and ears open and gather than information. 

 

Then when the time is right we take all of that information and we go straight for the jugular with a swift and decisive win.

Nazis are everywhere. That's their thing. Freedom loving Americans have been operating in the US. This isn't anything new. The German people are fighting back for their rights.
