I still say there should be a vote, to just say fuck it, give the left 25 out of the 50 states of their choosing,  draw a line straight in half on a map of the Continental USA, an go, Nancy Pelosi, Obama, Biden, here ya go, pick which side ya want.  So really I am being more generous than just giving them DC an I think it is a plenty fair offer.
