Is having a beard required to be in a militia ? But another thing to consider is when to don fatigues with identifying unit patches and when not to.  the photo here, they can't really be identified legally as militia members can they ?  Less one wants to argue that having an AR15 now means you are in a militia.

 

To which I would suggest we stop using AR15s  and start carrying farm grade flame throwers and swords, since AR15s are  racist and extremist.
