Draw them into a remote area to cut of there supply chain then they can be taken easier, how build a statue or something they would get worked up over as bait

It would work. And work well. Cut them off their trapped. They either surrender or starve.

     Well, our own government is doing a fine job of cutting off our supply lines of food, supplies, resources and time, just like they did to the Native Americans. A huge war of attrition. And a substantial part of industry is with them.
