according to the CBP, the 10,800 parts have a retail value of $129,600, making the per part value $12.00 There is nothing from CBP to indicate that the parts are "full auto mods." Certainly the CBP would absolutely harp that fact if it were true... it would make them look better. Also "full auto mods" would be worth more than $12.00 a piece. K
