So I am just wondering, how many folks here are on Parler?

I was surprised to see links here to places like twitter and FB, but not to Parler. Conservative twitter users have been moving to Parler in record numbers over the last month or so. And there are also a lot of former FB users like me there as well. if you're not familiar with it, check it out. And maybe you'll come to the same conclusion I did.  I got rid of my FB account and do not use any of the social media services My Millitia connects with. I find their politics and censorship intolerable. And I refuse to help fund them by subscribing. Parler is a great alternative for conservatives, that does not mine your data or try to control what you say. https://www.christianpost.com/news/parler-twitter-users-flocking-to-alternative-social-media-to-engage-without-censorship.html

As I say, check it out Parler.com And if you're already a member, or you end up joining, check out my account @MarcSayer

Hi Marc,

Thanks for the information. I personally don't use any of the social media sites, and never have. I was weary of them from the beginning when they seemed benign. Having operated within the internet from near it's inception, I was already aware of the dangers of providing personal information and reporting day-to-day activities over the inter-webs.

Parlor sounds great, but the verdict is still out. I find that smaller sites (like this one) offers all that is required to connect to the people that really matter. And, I know where this site originated and whom is behind it. My Militia is the place for me, but each to their own. Cross your fingers and hope for the best.

Keep your powder dry.

I'm here because I saw a post about it on Parler.

I'm on Parler because a tutuber mentioned it. I deleted my twitter account a year ago, it was nice to finally see a replacement that had enough adoption to make it work. I'm also on Gab, Minds and Canund but they seem not to be doing so well. @riaparler

Think Gab will get there soon. Andrew Torba the founder of Gab has also launched a search engine.
