Foxx says "looting is ok because they are a type of reparations" also says "rebellion is going to bring change"

If you are going to burn someone’s house or business down AND/OR do any looting— make sure you are wearing the appropriate attire or are seen with the right group of people.
We all know if either you or I were doing any looting or torching of buildings it would be an arrest and immediate prosecution. I have been upset in my life over stupid stuff; but never got so pissed off ghat I wanted to burn or steal. Maybe my upbringing had something to do with it.
