The restrictions will do absolutely nothing, unless,.according to CDC criteria, nobody in those areas go anywhere.(eliminating possibility of spreading the virus.thru contact with others) and.all in the restricted areas live and.remain in a completely sealed.container (eliminating possibility of.the virus.spreading thru.the.air).

     What a.joke.
