    Understand this.  Ilhan Omar meet with all members from the 21 agencies after her election.  Her election was one of the stolen ones.  Again, building the case.  Please review, Title 18, Chapter 2, 5, 2381, 2384.  Please examine the precedents behind them not just the legal terminology.  I am sure we are all aware of these plans, but they are full bore.
