    Red Flag Abuse!!!

Here Illinois we fought hard to stop the Red Flag law but we failed. However we did manage to get it scaled back from the original draft. I should point out the second paragraph of the law is only for extreme cases where the court must act quickly. I do not hear of it being used. Now we have it so now we have to live with it. Now we retool for the next political battle. I'm taking every opportunity to meet personally with all my representatives or write them

I was a recruiter for our unit until February or so, when I handed off the reins. Looks like my replacement dropped the ball. I got this: Public page: https://www.facebook.com/III-Defense-Militia-Public-Forum-880367322149909/ Recruiting page: https://www.facebook.com/groups/1937755026537060/ Feel free to check us out and if you're interested, the recruiting age is there for you. So, if they were wearing flannel and carrying 'hunting style' weapons and telling people they are there to keep the peace... it would be okay? That being said... seems a bit over the top for the Militia to gear up for this event. I did like the red suspenders the guy was wearing in the article image - super stealthy. I didn't get the impression that any violent actors or groups had planned to be there. The article didn't seem to indicate as much. Probably would have been better to go grey man and voice an opinion than draw all kinds of attention from the media.

In regards to guns Australia really isnt anything like USA, yes some people had guns but generally speaking most people do not, or did not have guns. So the gun buy back scheme that the government implemented just gave the opportunity for people to turn in guns that were not registered without fear of being prosecuted. I could guarantee that any criminal or shady type person didnt return their guns, plus these types of people can still probably get guns now if they want, but the general law abiding citizen its just too hard for them.... its an interesting topic..but yeah very very different to the USA.

    Red Flag Abuse!!!

If you contact your Representative and Senators, you could tell them that we have enough laws already on the books to deal with any situation. Red Flag Laws put the cart before the horse a far as our rights are concerned,.. they punish before processing the case. They are also easily abused: anybody holding any kind of grudge can make a statement to police and preemptively deprive you of your rights to property and due process. See my Sept. 10th post above. We are already seeing that a tip to the police, if followed up in a timely manner, is all that's needed to prevent these tragedies: Alexis Wilson of Oklahoma. We don't need to further violate people's Constitutional rights. Additionally, any laws already on the books need to be enforced before they can possibly be effective. Failure to enforce laws leads to widespread violations. Dontray Mills of Chicago is an example. More laws simply "muddy the water" and are ignored by anyone who is intent on committing a crime. To state it as bluntly and plainly as possible: National Red flag laws are the equivalent of INSTITUTIONALIZED SWATTING..

Since I don't live in a communist policy-liking state, my response may be skewed... but, if I was living in one, I would be petitioning my representatives to get my rights back and not further helping them chisel away what is left. We already know that the states with the most restricted gun rights have the highest crime rates. Helping your representatives on policies to further restrict rights is akin to asking the cattle for advice on how to build better gates inside the slaughterhouse. Your approach to getting to know your local and state representatives (and local sheriffs) is absolutely a step everyone should do.

No idea at all. My Melbourne friends are unusual in various respects... not at all typical. I can't even tell you how they are atypical, because this might be enough to identify them to ASIO. I was really surprised when the Aussies let themselve be shorn of their weapons. But there you go. The one thing I will say is that -- although no one knows what their future immigration policy will do to them -- in the past, and the present, they have just not had this sort of situation:

    Terrorist Loopholes

For years and likely decades, the CIA has utilized the realm of prostitution as a means to obtaining information on people, the types of desires associated with that venue being universal. Likewise, subversives from hostile nations have done the same, and both sides have covertly initiated connections to potential human sources of data with willing inclinations. Over the past decade or so, especially since the FBI, CIA and law enforcement have merged into a virtual oneness against crime and terrorism, that entire conglomerate of alleged crime fighters has adopted extreme measures of discovering who in the steamy side of life is doing what and with whom. And for what actual purpose? For little more than manipulating, coercing, extorting, blackmailing and, ultimately, controlling. The package is wrapped with a variety of designs and labels at any given time, in order to try to obscure the hidden theme of the end justifies the means, but the inner contents remain the same: ____?______=erosion of rights of all people via meaningless yet intrusive laws, edicts and protocols which are a guise called national security. In a nut shell, what goes on behind the scenes is called upon as a guide by which to enact more and more restrictions upon society, behind a facade of protecting the nation from foreign thugs, by domestic thugs. In reality, the entire American intelligence apparatus is more of a threat to the United States than all foreign ones ever were. Especially considering the fact that Obama made the "U2" operatives of the Department of Energy more obsolete by providing Iran with, I believe it was $150 billion, to pursue a nuclear program, thereby cancelling out our enemies' needs to steal nuclear secrets; the act greatly increased their capability of apprehending that formerly out of reach knowledge by research & development. Concerning the more sensual world, the DOJ and law enforcement entities have created a vice monster which is not only empowered by the U.S. Government, but it has grown tentacles which affect the moral majority as well, in many ways including computer and phone hacking in order to steal financial and identity information. It's much like during the 80s, when a secret government entity named Centac had the goods on foreign nations which shipped untold amounts of illegal drugs into America. When Centac was about to conduct a sting on one notorious country in particular, the U.S. Department of State shut it down and disbanded Centac; Centac was a little bit too effective. As then, so it is now, that a tradeoff is being made. The reason the sting on that malicious, third world country was shut down, is because they supplied American intelligence agencies with valuable military data on other countries. So our government strengthened Uncle Sam's left arm, while maiming the other. Note: info about Centac and the national drug sting was taken from James Mills' book 'The Underground Empire-Where Crime and Government Embrace'. Information on Centac seems scanty, but I did once find what appeared to be official documentation on it, possibly in the national archives, but forget exactly where: https://www.amazon.com/Underground-Empire-Where-Governments-Embrace/dp/0385175353

Hope this brightens your day: My favorite exercise is a cross between a lunge and a crunch. It’s called lunch. A boy, frustrated with all the rules he had to follow, asked his father, "Dad, how soon will I be old enough to do whatever I want?" The father answered immediately, "I don't know. Nobody has lived that long yet." Eleven hours and five minutes. That is how long John Isner (USA) and Nicolas Mahut (FRANCE) played tennis on June 22, 1010. Due to fading light and other matches being played during this Wimbledon tournament, it took 3 days to complete this match. In the end, Isner defeated Mahut in a 5 set nail-biter by the final score of 6-4, 3-6, 6-7, 7-6, 70 – 68. This wasn’t even the final of the tournament, this historic match took place in the 1st round. All Prepper & Militia Groups should interact (Leaders have meetings). While I am not located in Utah and wouldn't be of much assistance to you on that end... my hope would be that if an area had Law Enforcement going around confiscating guns the regional Militia's would step up and put a stop to it. It wouldn't take long to stop that as there aren't enough Law Enforcement Officers to truly carry out that task. It's a different matter if the National Guard is deployed for the task and is willing to cooperate with State and Federal orders. We don't really have any idea as to how the Government would even attempt to pull off such a confiscation. There is a high probability that most Law Enforcement agencies and Military branches would out right refuse to cooperate. The most likely scenario we will encounter is Red Flag related. I doubt most of these scenarios entail a couple regular uniform officers knocking on the door and politely asking the owner to hand over their guns. Usually it's at some odd hour of the early morning with a SWAT type unit. They are going to arrive when they know you're home and unprepared - rattling you out of your sleep and making sure you're disoriented with flashing lights, obnoxiously loud sounds, and other psychological tactics. By time the person is aware they are under attack/confiscation measures there would be no time for Militia to rally and respond - you have to dial someone, hope they hear it ring at 3 a.m., all while trying to defend your home, get your act in order, and sucking tear gas. Unless you're living in a compound like the folks in Waco... you aren't holding out very long against a SWAT unit. If they come knocking on your door... you are on your own in that moment. Just remember... the commies will spin your actions in that moment to their advantage. If you peacefully surrender... no major coverage will be seen and your side of the story will never be heard by the public. If you fight back, you'll be another example of a violent right winger who was necessarily eliminated. Pick your poison.

    Terrorist Loopholes

I found an interesting article which is indirectly related to this issue, and which is credible. Paragraphs 7,8,9 have some things I can't believe, but everything else is quite possible, noting that some years ago, a police officer told me that SWAT teams have a device which can be aimed at an individual in a crowd, affecting just that person, incapacitating him, such as a hostage taker, and works right thru walls. A while after the Gulf War in Iraq, a news reporter participated in a demonstration of a "stun gun" type weapon, which affects the brain and signals it sends to the body. It'd been reported that a weapon like that, of very large capacity, was used on the Iraqui soldiers, causing them to surrender in droves. I think the government initially denied having such a weapon, but either the military or some scientific organization displayed it to the reporter. An electric company employee told me of a small sonic repellant weapon they carry, which can drop a Pit Bull to the ground, emitting a frequency which affects only dogs. Each species has it's own range of frequencies which, with corresponding weapons, responds to stimuli that temporarily paralyze:https://m.facebook.com/notes/ken-kearse/my-elf-weapon-a-therapist-speaks-out-about-the-navy-yard-shooter/662543080431059/ Note: I have run into a situation more than once, of having worked around/with a person who I knew was working undercover for the government, and a few months later bumped into that same person, looking a bit different due to disguise, and the person claimed they had not been around me before. This was when I was commissioned by the FBI, and the person knew I was, therefore being obligated to tell the truth. She swore up and down to me, and to a fully authorized agent, that she didn't remember me, nor that she had been at the place where I worked around her. At the time I believed she was lying, but now...

Hope this brightens your day: Two men are hiking through the woods when one of them cries out, “Snake! Run!” His companion laughs at him. “Oh, relax. It’s only a baby,” he says. “Don’t you hear the rattle?” A small boy was looking at the red ripe tomatoes growing in the farmer's garden. "I'll give you my two pennies for that tomato," said the boy pointing to a beautiful, large, ripe fruit hanging on the vine. "No," said the farmer, "I get a dime for a tomato like that one." The small boy pointed to a smaller green one, "Will you take two pennies for that one?" "Yes," replied the farmer, "I'll give you that one for two cents." "Okay," said the lad, sealing the deal by putting the coins in the farmer's hand, "I'll pick it up in about a week." While working in Japan in 1999, he designed the 175 pixel emoji that would eventually start a world-wide craze. All Prepper & Militia Groups should interact (Leaders have meetings). William Johnson: Howdy. I'm in Huntsville, Texas-where are your groups located? Even if you guys are too far down the road, maybe you could point me in the right direction. I used to train with TSM in La Porte, but because of transportation/vehicle issues, I had to stop going since it was about 120 miles from my place. I'm trying to find something closer to Walker County and want to get back into training: places like Leon, Madison, Walker, Grimes, Montgomery, Brazos, Trinity, San Jacinto, Houston counties are O.K.. If you could give me some leads on the MM-Forums site, I'd appreciate it. Thanks and hope to hear from you soon.

Yeah, about due process... So the claim is made that Mr. X is a danger (because he owns an AR, wears a MAGA hat, an NRA t-shirt and makes comments on the mymilitia site). He doesn't know who makes the charge, doesn't have to be notified about the hearing, doesn't get to confront his accuser, and nobody has to prove he's really a danger (like a psych evaluation). Never mind about his defense of the charges. They can find him guilty, take his guns and bar his access to his own property simply because his neighbor (in all honesty) is upset about the uncut hedge in the back yard or his views on the Constitution. Maybe he thinks President Trump is doing a pretty good job and openly stated as much. Maybe he said he would rigorously defend himself if attacked by some left-leaning thug. What is his recourse for being falsely accused, judged and sentenced, should he be found of sound mind? Does he get reimbursed for his legal expenses and time off from work (mental stress etc.)...who decides if the complaint was originally made in good faith? I'm sorry, but that doesn't sound like any kind of due process I'm familiar with, as outlined in the Constitution of The United States. As far as I'm concerned, the process we have in place now would work just as well, and does guarantee conventional due process. If there's evidence, of facebook posts etc. have the police get a warrant, and arrest him. If he's waving a firearm in public, arrest him. If you want to fast-track the process, fine, but skipping steps, and doing it behind closed doors is a violation of all we hold sacred.

Web Update: We are currently doing a "Domian Ownership Dance" with one or two domains as of late in order to increase visibility\traffic. Due to this you may see one or two of our usual domains drop until ICANN gets everything updated on their end. Never fear, our default domains of TexasStateMilitia.info and TSMVanguard.net are always up and can be used as a portal to all units statewide if needed. Thanks to everyone and our sister units as we proceed.
