The gen 3 extreme cold weather gear is excellent in the military . A mix of 7 layers and with boots allow you be a fighter in negative 60 degrees. The big puffy coat and pants and boots alone would be a good start. The ucp pattern is phased out so you should see them cheaply at stores. Nothing will be as cheap and work as well.

I'm in West, TN. My search for Militia groups in my area has proven futile. I'm looking start a militia from the ground up. Any advice is welcome.
