  • Welcome to My Militia!

As a citizen of the United States, you are a member of the Constitutionally guaranteed unorganized militia.

Everything you have heard about militias from the media is likely wrong. Main stream news has primarily reported on the negative stereotypes and criminal activity of groups that have nothing to do with militia. The true militia has exactly the opposite purpose; to uphold the law and the Constitution.

We are a growing community of Americans that believe that the supreme laws of our Constitution must be diligently protected and upheld. Fostering the lawful rebirth of State militia is a crucial step in preserving the Republic.

The ICVM is a state wide network of constitutional militia persons, with each county in the state of Indiana being a regiment in the overall state militia group. Statement of Purpose: Our purpose for forming the Militia is to ensure preparedness should we be forced to take up arms in the Defense of our GOD-given Rights and Liberties, our Republic, our State, and our Constitution(s), or to Deter those, both foreign and domestic, who would abrogate them. History: The Indiana Citizens Volunteer Militia is the oldest continuously operating Statewide Militia in the Republic of Indiana. This era of Militia within the Republic was re-kindled at the begining of the 1990's and published the first version of the State's Militia Handbook on January 20th. of 1995. As the years passed by, there have been build up's and relaxed conditions of units across the State as the times have dictated. This is a continued norm of Militia in our Republic as We the citizenry assemble and maintain what is felt as required at what ever time. About: The ICVM is an Equal Opportunity Citizens Organization open to all Indiana residents of all races who are 18 years or older, and are US Citizens either native or naturalized. Women are also welcome, we do have active women members. We love prior and active military to become members but it is not necessary to join. Anyone that wants to participate and be active in some way brings something to the table and we welcome you, support roles are crucial as well. We also welcome LEOs and First Responders that want to be a part of this volunteer organization. We are a lawful constitutional militia that trains and practices in all areas of militia, prepping, MAG Mutual Assistance Group, and emergency response. We also do some training and events where extended family members are welcome to participate. We are organized by county as regiments and 8 brigades made up of several counties. We are county oriented in training and leadership with brigade leaders making up a support leadership council. This is the true citizens militia form and not controlled by any single person for their personal agenda. Although most training is county oriented, some training is opened up to all by the regiments invitation or through state training initiatives. Anyone found to be affiliated with racist or anti-American groups or philosophies will not be welcome. To All New Members to WV Three04 Militias: We have newly formed units formed/forming in 2020 that are coordinated and commanded by members within the locale of their area code. They are independent and not directed by a national command and are forbidden to operate beyond state lines. The Three04 Militias are not intended to replace local units but to instead supplement them by identifying "points of contact" across West Virginia to establish and enhance local areas throughout West Virginia specific militia units. As a leader of the First Regiments in WV I will take the members in under this Unit, point members to already established units in their area or we will help you start and organize new units. Future leaders of newly formed local units will be people in good standing on this site and in their communities, pass a basic background check and must not possess any sort of blind aggression or delusions of grandeur. They must be aligned with the My Militia sites overall standards and mission as well as possess a genuine interest in making our communities better in case of disaster of any kind.

The Houston Unit of Texas State Militia is a very well organized militia unit covering Houston and surrounding areas out to about 100 miles and is very active. We have 2 - 3 FTXs per month, hold public events, perform charity, volunteer, disaster relief work, and collaborate with our other sister units throughout the state on a regular basis. Our members hold multiple certifications in skills applicable to their role in our unit and their fireteam. We go to great lengths to produce a clean image. We do not discriminate, we are not separatists, extremists, or confederates. We do background checks and interviews of every new member prior to their enlistment. As with other militias, our goal is to support and defend the constitution of the US from all enemies, foreign and domestic. We do not accept new members from MyMilitia.com without them first being accepted as a member to our unit. Visit www.tsmhouston.org for more info.
