    What are your thoughts on someone who received a Bad Conduct Discharge and has a clean record since they are still a patriot. The gentleman had issues with drinking while in service was treated for it in the service but still discharged. Found out he was only 19 at the time went in when he was 17. What considerations would you take in after setting down talking to him and having that feeling he is a good person who should have waited to join to grow a little so he didn't fall into that path. You can see his regrets as you talk to him how would you recommend to handle this.
