I would recommend contacting the Adjutant General of the National Guard since they are the commanders over state militias.

I would also like to recommend strategic alliances for operational and tactical purposes. These advertisers may get a greater benefit through sponsoring training and operational training. I know that a strategic alliances with groups like the McChrystal Group, fire arms dealers, equipment manufacturers, among others can easily finance operations and much more. Having personally run an international charitable organization there are many opportunities for strategic alliances especially in light of the number of members you have. So, monetize those numbers for strategic advantages.

and thank you for doing so.  However we can't rely on donations to keep the site operating, so as long as we are still a Republic and capitalism fuels our great economy there will be ads.  As to security, we are on a professionally run secure and firewalled server.  If we weren't this site would have been attacked and taken down long ago.  It isn't cheap to run our site off of one of those.  The staff on here are all volunteers because they are patriots and they donate their time to help keep this site policed and running.  If you are referring to spammers they are banned and deleted as soon as staff are aware of them.

Any background checks on members to determine confidence in keeping classified info? I would also like to know if there is a portal for DD214s verification and validation of former service members. 

Hi, I would like to know if this blog site has features that allows for internal classified information such as enemy movements?

So, I would like to know what security features we have to discuss classified information here such as resources and strategic relationships? I would hate to have traitors among us sharing information with the enemy.
