    Militia Location

    Good Afternoon,

     

    I am from Pennsylvania. More specifically central PA. Our area is very rural with not a large population. However, with all the recent issues surfacing in our wold today, a few of us discussed a Militia. Hence my curiosity of this site.

     

    Unfortunately, I was unsuccessful in locating a unit near me or within the 570 area code. Does this mean units do not exist or, aren't currently listed on this site? How would one start a local PA militia. Recently, I spoke to a trooper that stated you would have to go through your local Sheriffs office. Is this the case?

     

    Any feedback would be appreciated.
