Excellent post! Training is a must. In person events help us get to know and trust each other. The organizational issues and ego problems are not unique and can be addressed if we recognize them as problems. The people who may have been assigned to be in charge are often not the true leaders. True leaders earn their role and the respect of those they lead and must be found and recognized. Fear is probably your most important point. The fact is by signing up at this website, especially using a federated login (via Facebook etc.) your identity has already been compromised. Sam

My username Sparks was chosen because I hold an Extra class FCC amateur radio license. Because it will be pertinent to my planned activities here, I'll state I have recently finished a BS in cybersecurity and a MS in leadership even though retired. I live in North East South Carolina.
