I am fortunate to have recieved the training i have without having military service. But the main aspect of my training is to work with others as a unit. Utilizing strengths and weaknesses of individuals to create something formidable and productive. Getting on the same page as those around you. Knowing when to use the pen and the sword. Also looks like you could use a little more heat. Working faster with higher heat really flattens them out and reduces your eclusions. Man i wish i could spend one hour with you. Youre really on the right track -

Flux core is also good in the wind and when welding dirty surfaces that cannot be cleaned properly. Such as chassis and undercarriages
