A buddy of mine, he is a police officer, he swears by his Glock 9 but I don't like the way the Glock feels in my hand. The hand grip is too short for my hand.

My really cool side arm that I just bought and haven't even shot yet is a 1936 German Luger, all matching numbers, even the magazine. All of the markings are on it, even the German Eagle. it is a 9mm as well of course. : )

I bought my wife a Ruger .380. It is ok but it has a long trigger pull which I don't like for her.

I love my S&W M&P 9mm, fits awesomely in my hand.

So far I have 14 thirty rd mags. 8 of the old military ones and 6 of the plastic ones, one is the see through type. one can never have too many mags : )

Yea, friend of mine who is a maintenance man for an apartment complex sliced his finger wide open with a box cutter. He cleaned the blood off and when the bleeding slowed he Super Glued it shut. No infection or swelling of any kind, it was just real sore for a while. : D

Speaking of unorthodox first-aid, Super Glue is awesome for sealing deep wounds if suturing is not an option. Super Glue was used in Vietnam also.

Hell, when the SHTF who gives a damn if it is approved by the FDA or not? I have cross referenced research even with doctors who say it may not go through a perfectly clean manufacturing process like human medicines but with the ingredients, it is still effective. : )

Ripcannon, you are so right. I stocked up on the Fish Mox Forte antibiotics it has Amoxicillin just like humans and no prescriptions is needed.
