In short, never. Because, end of the day, you will be convicted of murder of a PO. The whole "better to be judged by 12" statement is usually made by those not sitting in jail cells until they die. If you feel an arrest is unlawful, request a trial. Fighting, or even shooting, it out with a police officer is a lose-lose situation.
