    You can absolutely use the name it was nothing more than a banner to describe all who fall under the category of “militia” in PA. I have been recruited to the PA 5th Lightfoot Militia “Hoplite Company” as a Lieutenant, and will be creating a page on this site as soon as I’m finished typing out this response.     I see. I am not sure who you mean by “groom”. And we try to stay impartial about anything relating to religion or political agenda. However, as much as we support every American’s first amendment right they in particular seem to be advancing more and more toward the radical/terroristic side of things. And that is not peaceful assembly. In our opinion inciting riots and breeding mass hysteria are just a few of the many examples of modern domestic terrorism in America.

    If you mean KRG they are a different group than PCM. They were formerly PSM. SSG Michael Grove is the CO of that group. Pennsylvania Citizen Militia to my knowledge is not actually an active group so much as a banner for the overall “Non-regulated” militia community in PA. We adopted the PCM name for the prefix of our group. But aside from our guys I have no contact with any other PCM personnel. I have tried multiple times to establish contact and we are debating dropping the name.

    To my knowledge we are the only active unit under the Pennsylvania Citizen Militia (PCM) or at least in our area we are. We are not in contact with any of the leadership or membership outside of our unit. However we operate under the banner of PCM and our sub-sect/unit is “Kilo-Golf company” short for “Keystone Guardians”. If anybody with PCM sees this message and has any questions please message us on our profile. Our command staff tries to stay on top of communications with the highest priority.     Update:

    The following will be an outline and source for anyone curious about our ranking structure / chain of command. 

     

    • E1 - Recruit - someone who is interested in enlistment. 

    • E2 - Private - someone who has gone through the application process and is officially a member of the unit

    • E3 - Private 1st Class - someone who has completed training requirements and qualifies as an active-duty member of the unit

    • E4 - Corporal - someone who is in charge of a team (3 or more people)

    • E5 - Sergeant - someone who is in charge of a squad (2 or more teams)

    • O1 - Lieutenant - someone who is in charge of a platoon (2 or more squads)

    • O2 - Captain - the company leader (in charge of an entire unit)

     

    I hope this information is helpful. Our reason for adopting this rank structure is for the purpose of fluidity. By using common ranks and insignia worn by law enforcement and EMS it enables the general public and agencies alike to know exactly who they are talking to just by glancing at the insignia. This is important when on deployment and in case of having to work together with local agencies and/or volunteer groups. Using this rank structure, even most ordinary citizens will recognize the insignia of the person they are talking to. Thank you for your patience. This will be all for now.
