Yall are really worried about facial recognition when most places are demanding that you wear a face mask to prevent the spread of the Wuhan Flu ?

An  the bill is just another empty threat, because the illegal immigrants are not going to be allowed to get on, which in turn means the leftists and the democrats are at some point in time going to cry foul over the entire thing and label it as an attempt to disenfranchise immigrant voters and minorities.  Plus who is going to enforce this b.s ?  The same people who are banging at your door demanding to see if you are enrolled in the mandated Obama Care that hasn't been repelled yet by Trump ? I mean granted most of the teeth are taken out of Obama Care but it is still there.

Anyhow if it is such a big problem, then blame the people who voted it into law, or better yet, form a group to repeal the law in question if it is such a terrible thing and people are so worried about it.  Other than that the only other option is to bitch and complain and scream about how the boogy man is coming to get us.

Holy Shit , I just took two seconds to watch a fraction of the video, this was passed in 2005.  This all pertains to ones drivers license , big whoop ; when they take your picture at the DMV, where do you think that photo goes ? it isn't just put on your ID and they delete the pic, all they did was add the language to cover their ass, i guess one could say that we are going to see cameras on street corners and etc, but that is just more fear mongering.  Traffic Cameras are already on traffic lights and corners in most major cities, they are used to for plenty of reasons, the least of which is to snap a photo of random people and dive into the lives and muddle with it. So I mean if people are that scared of what COULD happen with the language in this bill, then I suppose the only option today, is to go grab a tall ladder and a hammer and start destroying traffic cameras around the USA. More over, when you have to get your photo taken for an ID simply refuse. and then go home. An just ride a bicycle where ever you go. An pay in cash.

Oh a when we no longer have to wear a face mask in public, then i suppose we will have to resort to wearing hats and sunglasses in public.

I mean it is interesting, but this is really old news, and it falls into the category of just too little too late.

I work at the designated COVID-19 hospital in the upstate SC. That’s the hospital that ONLY takes COVID patients and we have tried chloroquine and have stopped using it due to the significant health risk and rate of improvement. We have moved on to IV Remdisivir and have seen some improvements. As to the “being told to lie” that’s horse shit. We are told to tell people to wash their hands distance when in public and practice good judgement. Like good judgment is even a thing. IF a RN or Dr made those statements it’s purely for personal gain. Maybe they want hazard pay or better snacks in the break room. If you don’t believe what the news has to say they why the hell do you believe what’s on YouTube?

I should have been a bit more specific, the reports that I have seen on news outlets, is that hospital doctors  are being told that if a patient dies, and at the time of death had the Wuhan Flu,  to put down the cause of death being " Covid-19" / the idea behind that is, hospitals receive more government funding for covid-19 related deaths.   So while someone may have covid-19, and did die, what is not being taken into account are the other surrounding health conditions of the person, someone could of technically died from heart conditions, and had the Wuhan Flu.....   the Covid-19 is not the primary ( in some cases )  and only cause of death; but it certainly made things worse for people who already were on deaths door, had bad health problems etc to begin with.  More over, I do not remember anyone saying that the doctors are being paid to lie.

but again, that wasn't my point, my point was, if  what i just clarified is true, IF, these people could go on the air with all their credentials posted all over the TV screen, the left could be caught red handed, it wouldn't matter to the left, they would double down on their lies in some manner or another or deflect, like they did when that Smolette actor got caught lying about Trump Supporters putting a noose around his neck,  or pick your own.  Getting caught in a lie for the left, doesn't mean anything to them.

the only other real way to get the bullshit and lies exposed, is to find a way to have the leftist media outlets to give interviews to people, but to have the person who is being interviewed to lie before the interview, and to come off as being apart of the narrative that is trying to be portrayed, and to then in a hopefully live interview expose what ever lie it is, not in a AH HA GOTCHA  manner that makes the person look nuts.  But in a manner that puts a stupid shocked look on the interviewers face because the truth has just been exposed. 

Because Fox News , and conservative radio shows, just do not matter to leftists and brain dead people, they stick to their polluted watering hole and what ever it gives as being the truth.  An it also might take having to move into social media platforms and posting links exposing the truth, with facts, the problem again is, finding links that do not come from what can be labeled as far right or racist sources, which may be impossible because the left will never identify what they consider to be valid sources, or rather, if it doesnt come from CNN and the like, then it is racist and far right.

 Really short of, becoming a new age terrorist that targets the leftist media and hacking and destroying their satellites an destroying their corporate offices , and hacking their bank accounts and wiping them clean; they are just going to keep on going in one form or another. As long as people like Jimmy Kimmel, programs like The View, and so on, can have a platform to spew their garbage, with no push back from the public they can keep going.  I would of thought by now, there would be a conservative network that is free over the air, that has programs that are the exact opposite of such leftist programs.  The ones that are out there, from what I can tell, are not free over the air. or are only political shows.

I mean trying to win the narrative in a peaceful way is nice, and the right way to do it. But it wont ever be a game that can be won.   I prefer a total bridge burning, and re building . To allow for disagreements in a constructive manner, but to not allow it to become a one sided, biased, political party funded operation that soaks into main stream society in TV, Hollywood, and etc.

  I find it easier for a free people to remove corrupted republicans and put an end to crony capitalism, than it is to try and reason with the left at any level.

The Irony I suppose is as a nation, we are the ones who keep taxing ourselves. Not one person ever forms a group to put an end to vehicle registration / tax, or anything you mentioned.  Which I mean more irony if ya want, like ya said ya dont even own the home ya paid for in full because of the property taxes and liens i guess the only thing is , in some states they wont kick you out of your home just put a lien on it.  BUT in other states, the homeless can literally move into an unoccupied home and then it becomes illegal to kick them out. More over, pray you do not have a large sum of money to leave to children and grandchildren, because uncle sam wants a piece of that too. you buy a lotto ticket and win big, for what ever reason uncle sam gets a piece ( granted who cares since ya barely paid anything for the ticket in the first place if you are lucky , but i think if anything the lotto should be like, you get to take home so much money after taxes, not advertise the entire jackpot  since you don't really get it all )

I mean feel free to be the first to refuse to continue paying taxes and see how far ya get. which is probably why it took so long to find Osama Bin Laden, the fer didn't owe the government any money.

Want some more fun facts.  what else,,, jaywalking is also illegal,  ya can get a ticket for not wearing your seat belt,  Marijuana use to be considered this super evil gateway drug, now for what ever reason it has become normalized ( and rightly so ) and legalized by some states, even though federally it is still illegal and the giant anti marijuana ads that were paid for from the 80s to early 2000s are evidently just a giant waste of time and money now..., Yet we still have commercials on how bad cigarette smoking is, and vaping; it is legal, yet, literally can and does cause cancer. 

Plus for the hard working people who do pay taxes, try demanding an itemized bill on where your money went and good luck. Yet the IRS can audit the same person and needs itemized records.

There is no need for a " second civil war " for one, the weather is going to knock all this bullshit out once the summer heat starts to kick in. The United States of America hasn't been United in any sense of the word since WWII. After that the democrat party took an unrecoverable nose dive into hell. 

At this point in time a few options come to mind. to at the minimum keep our government in a grid lock to which neither party can continue to fk people over, is to split the house and senate seats down the middle in numbers 50/50 keep everything else the same with regards to what majority is needed to get any thing through for a vote, etc, and parties can still vote for their representatives in either house.

This going back and forth of party control change every 8 years is nonsense. The other option would be to just divide the country up 25 states to the democrat party, the other 25 can still be called America. Appoint Nancy Pelosi or Obama as leader, keep the currency as is  let the democrats side inherit half the national debt as well, they could keep what ever military are in their states but wouldnt be funded by the other 25,  an Americas constitution and bill of rights stay intact on our side. let them do what ever the hell they want in their utopia hell hole. Create a national ID card system for the rest of us, so the bozos on the other side cant muddle in our affairs. Maybe get rid of the IRS and create a fair tax across the board, do away with the TSA and some other worthless agencies.

There is no turning back for the democrat party as it is. They take everything negative said about them and paste it to the republican and conservatives... an we cant trust any of the news media outlets. all they do is keep playing grab ass with each other being fox news and the rest.

More over a second civil war will never happen and isn't a good idea ever, is because one would still have to confront at some point in time the nasty guard and the regular US military, and police, so even if someone screams, that is it, i have had it, ima go do something. well congrats, but dressing in fatigues with a battle patch and calling yourself militia really means nothing when you do not have backing by ones state leaders or local police and have zero authority to apprehend or detain anyone.  All that happens is one ends up on the news as a " far right militia member " who has just been arrested or is now also a racist.  As a nation we have no idea exactly where our military and police stand. we stand with them which is great, but when the tables turn, we see the National Guard doing low fly overs on civilians, and that area of DC with the church being cleared out with tear gas or what ever, so Trump can get a speech and photo op in. Now granted the leftists had it coming to them in each. BUT if the tables were turned, if this was something Obama did, I think there would be a much greater outrage and maybe even real violent push back. So if the military and police are ready to follow a republican presidents orders or a democrats , to do something against unequipped civilians who are not armed at the same level... exactly what hope do we really have to fight back. and how pointless to have to fight ones own military and police when they are needed to fight other nations armies and keep our streets safe.

An then it all boils back down to waiting every 4 years to vote between a giant douche and a turd sandwich.  because none of the above mentioned will ever work.  The democrats have been very successful at chipping away at the moral values of the nation, but haven't yet accomplished destroying much needed parts of the Constitution and Bill of Rights, once they start doing that, and manage to destroy the electoral college, or change our voting process to a way that favors them while sounding fair and balanced. Then I imagine it is all bets are off and they would need to start hiring private security to protect them around the clock. which they probably already do have.  But then what is the point also of having a constitution and bill of rights when our elected leaders literally do not get held accountable by legal standards . Every president and his administration at some point in time has done some shady stuff or even flat out illegal to immoral , the only two in recent history to have their feet to the fire was Nixon and slick willy, both escaped by the skin of their teeth. While by the opposite side of the same coin, the USA has captured foreign spies on its soil, plenty of times and executed them after a show trial. 

I think if anything, what I am taking away from all this, is that I really need to buy some self defense fire arms, and put up a fence on the front of my property, so when nut jobs decide to come waltzing down my street if ever, i can be ready.

This wide brush stroke of police brutality and racism  is always at the forefront of complaints by blacks and other minorities who feel attacked.. They want change but seek change through violence or in rare cases, peaceful protesting. An what they don't do is bother looking at all the problems that lead up to a death.  For this link, the problem started with the man riding a bike at night with out the proper bike lights on.

Seems to be a stupid reason to be pulled over and interrogated by a police officer and to maybe even be written a ticket. An it is. The problem though is, the police didn't invent this law. It was proposed and passed by others in a legal way.  So instead of addressing a law that is causing more problems, and being used to fluff up income to a city by citing and fining people, much like with meter maids and parking violations . The law doesn't get addressed. It turns into a bigger problem than it should be. An then make things worse, you do the math, of a poor person living in a poor community of any race. riding a bike with no lights at night, pretty good chance the person has a small amount of illegal drugs on them and maybe some prior convictions, and in turn a seemingly innocent law that requires bikes to have lights on them at night, is really becoming a way to target poorer communities , because people that can afford a car, are not riding a bike around town at night for any reason. Not in todays' world where you risk your life driving let alone riding a bike at any time.

IF bike lights were such a safety issue. That a law requires them to be used. Then the entire bike industry needs to be held to the same standard as a motor vehicle which comes with all kinds of lights when you buy a car. That same standard either legally or by those who produce bikes should in turn be required to provide pre mounted lights to bicycles that have an accessible battery port to swap batteries or charge em.   After that, if we are really going to get anal , and generate income for a city or state, mine as well require people fill out a form that says they have read the safety precautions and rules of the road to ride a bike, that they are responsible for wearing the proper safety gear and are required to obey all traffic laws and police , if pulled over.  Not doing this, only lends more credence to the law at hand being only useful in targeting the poor.

That and then there evidently needs to be a national broadcast,  probably going to need obama to do this one, to let people know, that once you get pulled over and searched and you get caught even with a small amount of weed, you do not have the right to flee the police. just basic fing common sense that evidently doesn't apply to leftists needs to be spoken on a national level.

An again it boils down the laws, police do not make them up but enforce them. If the complaint is wtf he died over a lil bit of weed, while not acknowledging that the person fled, and fought police... At least have enough common sense to form a petition to make it legal to be in possession of so much weed, dont wana get locked up for being passed out in your car drunk, or drunk in public, then again, got to approach things in a legal manner and work to get those laws changed.   The homeless are constantly treated in the same manner, and laws get created to push homeless people out of down town areas and public areas, by making pan handling illegal, or loitering , or making devices so the homeless can't sleep on public benches or in front of buildings. 

So what happens, people, on either side of the isle, are just too lazy to change laws they don't like, and it becomes easier to just let things boil, and then protest and riot because they didn't even try to change the law legally.   

An then what becomes worse, is we have leftist media outlets and " opinion writers " who do not address any of this but paint it as, a cop killed someone over not having a bike light. An if you are a brainless puppet and believe everything you read on the internet, then it is a fact.

But what can we really do as conservatives, when all leftists want is an echo chamber, to not have real meaningful dialogue , and come up with real solutions to what amount to legal issues and bad police policies but instead, demand that everyone take a knee, and acknowledge white privilege , racism, and etc.

I am so sorry, I make it a point to not explain myself, to people who go out of their way for my attention. I already stepped over that line by doing it once by saying I was being sarcastic.  You do realize, that if there was a defunding of Police in America, or even just Minn it self, those same democrats are then going to have support Gun rights, so they can defend themselves.  Actually removing the police in general, would in deed bring us back to having to defend ourselves completely by relying on the 2nd amendment.   I guess the only problem after that , is who is going to keep funding the jails and prisons in America, since no one is going to be arrested .  I guess the trickle down then becomes a freeing up of our court system, because .. well, people would have to agree to go to court for crimes of any nature. An since no new cases are being brought up that means what ever has been backed up in the courts can now be brought current.

More over, if we keep defunding police and disbanding them, then there is no one to prevent us from open carrying in said cities,  so that is a bonus as well. Less funding means less police on the streets or no police...

An then if the police becomes privatized that would be even better ,because it would be a for profit agency, and not a lawful government agency, which means you can tell said private police to fuck off if they try anything.  I mean the debate would begin on how legal they really are, and by leftist standards if you do not accept something as being legal, then it isn't. 

Also, all the brand stores in these cities will have clearance sales because they are going to gtfo of town so that will be a quick boost to the local economy before it tanks.  and then Property will be dirt cheap and the citizens of said cities can then demolish the evil capitalist buildings and replace them with affordable housing.

An then Denial of Racism, to what degree exactly, is it okay to say you are not a racist, or would that automatically mean you are ? Deny that the Country as a whole is not racist ?

An interesting article, I think in a nutshell, a flag cant really be unconstitutional as it falls into a method of free speech. What I see this as becoming is a slope to finally attack the American Flag it self, because if the Confederate Flag can be labeled as unconstitutional, due to racism.  Then the next trick to come would be to say, well now we have to change the American Flag because now it too represents racism and the civil war, so we want something to represent new times and all people. or some other hippy leftist bullshit.

Did at one point the Confederate Flag represent American history, yes, but it still had a fact of racism tied to it. History should be remembered.  I am also not against removal of old confederate statues either. Because, the same thing was done to the Nazi party and Saddam Hussien when their rules ended, All of saddams statues were torn down, along with any signs displaying his name and posters and etc, the nazis had all their signs and etc taken down as well.  They were taken down because they were wrong, and because they lost a war, and because there was no value in keeping their images up as " reminders ".  To me those kinds of things become artifacts, that  belong in a historical museum to be learned from.

An the same for Civil War Confederate Statues, a simple plaque put up to acknowledge that a fight took place in an area between the Confederacy and the US is enough list a who vs who of officers, how long the battle lasted, and the out come, is fine. We should be wanting to honor those who fought to free slaves and fought for the Union, with their statues. An leave the Confederacy to history books and museums, with all the facts laid out bare for all to see.  The manner in which the left goes about to remove these statues, is just another way, for them to incite chaos and keeping the race war going. By creating a scene and spray painting and tearing down these monuments.

The real problem is obvious though, this article points that much out. The left is not interested in history, or facts.  What ever they can use to pin everyone else who isn't a Democrat, as being racist, they will use it. They could careless about the civil war and why it was fought, the plan is to keep a race war going, and to always blame America as a racist white ruled nation.(which if they had any sense at all, they would of realized if that was true, the USA would of never fought against the Nazis )

I don't claim to understand the law either, But from the general gist of what I have gleamed, the only legal way I know of that a militia can be activated, is by the state in which they are allowed to operate, I do not believe as the Constitution and Bill of Rights were drawn up there is no wording that I know of that has militias as a separate entity from the state and operating with their own rules and when an how they can engage in helping the country, from what I understand militias can not just arbitrarily engage on anyones behalf for any reason and claim immunity from legal repercussions under the Constitution and Bill of Rights. ( we have barely any legal protection from prosecution with the second amendment and claiming self defense as it is , a law suit and investigation still takes place )  The militias were to be the quick response team of minute men,  trained and ready to move at a moments notice, with the national guard following soon after. But all under the coordination of said state leaders.

A lawyer for this site would be nice , I would suggest someone finding a constitutional lawyer who would be able to address this specifically. 

Though, with the internet at ones finger tips, all one has to do is search their state website , look up if militias are legal in their state via their states constitution , and some where in their it will state who has the authority to mobilize said militia.    I am almost certain everyone here already knows this much. Militia leaders train their units and etc.

As for the preparedness of militias, and what to do, and who to contact and sending scouts out first and all that, those are things that are just too little too late to debate at this point in time, those are things that should of been figured out by individual militias years ago, and practiced and drilled into submission. For any militia of any size to try anything now, and are scrambling to put a plan together, it would be better to not do anything instead of putting their own lives  in danger and possibly making things worse.

The best individuals have right now that are in riot zones, trying to protect their businesses, is to either buy a gun and protect it on their own from their roofs and hope no one burns the place down with them on the roof. or hire private security or moon lighting police officers , or better yet, the small businesses that have been wrecked by these riots, what they should really do, is start talking to one another, about filing a class action lawsuit against the mayors and governors of their cities for not doing more to protect their property as quickly as possible.

IF militias were serious about entering Riot zones, my only real suggestion would be that they contact local police, identify themselves as to who they are what they plan on doing, the police will probably say, no thanks stay away, and then from there, everyone is still on their own. But at least one can say they did try talking to the police to try and coordinate something.

The last link is to the State of Minnesota, and their legal reps, all you have to do, is see who their leaders are, what party they are affiliated with, and then come back to your original question of where is the Militia. 

With out the backing and request by State leaders,  militias in the constitutional sense of things are pointless.  I mean volunteer militias that are independent and are operating under the Constitution and Bill of Rights are great, but with no support, by the state and no financial support, there really is nothing. It is at best for the counties in question , a handful of militia members, then you have to wonder how many are on this site and are active on this site.  An then what does anyone expect a handful of people to do against a mod riot that even the police can't contain.  IF militias were active and involved in preventing destruction of these riots across the nation, we would of seen news coverage of it already. It just isn't happening. An it all revolves around lack of support by state leadership, these democrat cities do not even stand behind their own police forces, so i mean what can one expect for militias ? Next they are going to turn on US Troops sent to stop the riots.  They being democrats ..  

Now I mean in theory for this site, If people here have the time , money, and equipment, necessary to help any city that is under siege by rioters , an they want to assemble, an either meet at some location, or bus together to a staging area and then deploy into the thick of it.  I suppose that is an option, but no one is really seeing that, it is more, hey if anyone is near me, contact me. An then what happens ? An to pretend that one needs to be afraid of being monitored , why ? If you own a cell phone, you are being monitored to some degree, or have a credit card and or internet access.. plus the rioters are not making it any secret of when they are going to do something, fliers an stacks of bricks being dropped off at routes.  Seems to me, someone would want to advertise a warning that some militia group some where is banding together to step in and help any city that wants it. Just need someone to contact them, I wouldnt expect a phone call or contact from a city mayor, that would be political suicide even if they wanted to.  

There isn't going to be a better time to debate on if a militia should be activated, it is here and now, the National Guard and US Troops are being deployed to slow and too late. So the only question now is why are not militias either volunteering on their own to do something if they have been waiting for a moment, or is this just becoming a lesson on how unprepared militias really are and what needs to be changed.  Everyone wants to participate until it is time and then reality hits.  Which is sad, because the leftists, extremists, white supremacists, they seem to always have the time and resources to cause chaos and destruction and they are not all being funded by deep pockets.

With the Floyd incident now in full swing,

one question that has popped up in my pea brain, is exactly what laws do we have in place in this country to legally protect citizens from police that are just bad police, and in the heat of the moment need to be stopped.I think the short answer is, there isn't any. We have Good Samaritan Laws, a Citizens arrest law,  a mostly unused Militia law .  But if the people in the video of the Floyd thing, instead of just standing there were to of tried and pulled that police officer off that man, * not free the man, just get the cop off of him and restrain the cop until a supervisor or someone higher up came to investigate*  it would of automatically ended up with extra police showing up and detaining or killing those citizens involved.  An it boils down to in the heat of the moment in a situation like that, does one risk their life and freedom for someone else, a complete stranger, who may or may not be a criminal. AN even if the person is a criminal, to prevent police brutality, Or do they just stand there and keep recording.

Trump would be well with in his right to send in active military to stop the rioting, and I think this person who wrote this above article is correct in that the rioting very well could be considered an act of insurrection, a last ditch play by the left to try an get rid of Trump by ANTIFA and rioting an lumping it into an insurrection category. BUT , had a democrat president been talking about deploying active military, how calm would conservatives be ? Would there be this big fear of take over by the left... An I did see that Trump might label antifa a terrorist org, I honestly feel that is a giant waste of time, because these people are insane, anyone with common sense knows it, and what that label is going to do, is just give crazy people more ammo to say, ah ha see we told you, now we are labeled terrorists , and ipsofacto nothing happens. Oh that is recognized and appreciated, I am just saying at this point in time, it isn't available, militias that want to be more active than they are , have to set up their own number to be contacted, an then they have to be well established in their community as people that can be trusted and are seen as trust worthy and helpful and not this evil monster that the left portrays them as and as racists use as a means to engage in violence.
