  1. I agree 100% but was not able to covey it. Very well said.
  2. Hi Charger,

Have any groups reached out to you yet so you can get involved? I'm from the Latrobe area and belong to a group here based in Westmoreland. There are others in the area that may be closer. Send me a PM if you have any questions or if you are interested in getting involved with an actual group. I'd be happy to help.

    Stay safe,

  3. Welcome Bleak. Have any groups reached out to you yet so you can get involved in real life? I'm from Latrobe area and I'm part of a group based here out of Westmoreland. We meet and train regularly. There is also a group in Pittsburgh, one forming in Fayette and maybe one north of Pittsburgh. Where about in the 412 area code are you from? PM me and keep in touch. -Corey
  4. There are some inaccuracies here ROFCB Commander. "Militia is legal, because it isn't illegal. However, there's no actual recognized "militia" any longer, no specific legal protection that is afforded to it, and no "rules" (like the state line thing) that govern its existence or activities other than the laws of the land that govern every other citizen." I beg to differ. The 2nd Amendment is the right to form and have a militia. The part about bearing arms is just a necessary thing the militia needs to be able to do to perform their duties. Also there are laws that pertain to the militia. The main one being the Militia Act (of 1903, 1908, 1916...). That is the act that clarifies when the President can call upon the State's Militia. Militias are state entities but the president can take command of them. Previous revisions of the Militia act are relevant to the history but were repealed. Those didn't allow the president to call upon the Militias. This became a problem in the war of 1812 when some states choose not to send their militias to fight. Everyone being in the militia doesn't mean everyone is in the same militia. Militia's are state entities. A national militia is not lawful. I don't see a problem with militias crossing state lines but they really should try to stick to their states, that is a grey area in my eyes. Our group's policy is to not go out of the state as a group in any time of peace.
  5. Thanks for getting back to me relic. It looks like that was someone else I emailed. Must have been another thread on a comms network. New email sent to you.
  6. I emailed the address above and never got a response back. I would like to get involved with this. I have a tech ham license but I'm not real knowledgable on the subject. Willing to learn. Willing to help were I can.
  7. We are the Westmoreland County Regulators. We formed in 2012 before the second election of Obama. Things got tense in those early days with the government actively targeting conservative groups and nearly sparking the second revolution on multiple occasions. We have been actively training ever since. Fast forward to 2020 and we are once again heading through turbulent times. We are not racists, not a hate group and we are not extremists. We do not advocate violence but if violence comes our way, we will act accordingly to protect our selves and our neighbors. What we are is everyday people who are worried about the direction the Country is heading. We stand in defense of the Constitution of Pennsylvania and the Constitution of The United States of America; just as the founding fathers intended all able bodied citizens to do. We operate around the Latrobe, Derry, Delmont, Greensburg, Ligonier, Mt. Pleasant Area. We welcome members from outside those areas if there is not a group closer to you. We will help you locate a closer group if needed and can also help you form a group if that is a better option. We have helped many groups get started in the past and have seen what works and what doesn't. We are currently recruiting. Now is the time to get involved if you haven't already. If you are interested in joining or would like more information, please contact me by private message on this site. Stay safe, Corey May Commanding Officer, Westmoreland County Regulators

  9. Hello fellow 724 area patriots, Not sure why I didn't join this group sooner, I just realized I wasn't a member. I live in Latrobe. I'm a member of the Westmoreland County Regulators, 1st battalion. If you're in my area and looking for a group, hit me up. I will send you more info, answer any questions you have, then let you know how you join if you are still interested. Thanks, Corey
  10. Hi Ed, I'm part of a group in Westmoreland, the Westmoreld County Regulators. I don't know of a group north of Pittsburgh. There's us and the already mentioned Iron City group in Pittsburgh. I started our group and have helped start many others. Let me know if you want to go that rout, I will also help. You could join another group and travel while you work on finding other people in your area.
  11. All the pros have converged on quick adjusting 2 point slings. I came to the same conclusion myself after trying other options. Single point slings are for if you dont plan on moving and you dont mind getting hit in the junk. I recommend a Vickers 2 point padded sling. YouTube john Lovell from warrior poet society for how to set it up and use it.
  12. We are recruiting in Westmoreland County. We have an active training group that has been operating since 2012. Contact me if you are in the area and looking to join up.
  13. The Militia is a defensive unit. I agree with everything you said. Just make sure you understand the difference between the militia and a prepper group. It's not just about protecting your group. A militia should be training to protect their community and their state. The offensive fight is to change the militia's negative image the media created.
  14. I'm from Butler County. I have about 12 ready to join up and put a chapter together.

That's awesome. I will help any way I can, just let me know what you need. I've been around for a little while and have helped start groups so I've seen what works and what doesn't. I will gladly share what I can to help the movement.

Are you openly recruiting? I started ramping up recruiting for our group, if I come across someone in your area looking for a group I can send them your way. If you find someone in Westmoreland, please send them my way.

  15. Westmoreland County here. Started a group here in 2012. I'm not on this site much but hit me up of you're near me.
