Unity of command... without it, you risk my people and yours when it comes time to work because they dont know each other and will immediately have an incident. Dont let your pride cost you more than you're willing to pay... and make sure your guys are ok with paying that price for your pride too.

Thank yo so much for the suggestion. I had read up on that site a couple months ago and revisited today and although it sounds like a great group of patriots and like just the group I'm looking for regarding training and the inclusion of women, some of the requirements I do not meet and or agree with. So in all fairness the system has been infiltrated and if we do still have a constitution in place, it is to uphold my right to protect myself and the 2nd is to be the enforcer of that God given right. I'm not one to argue with any one on this. My intent is to share my position on this. We each have an individual responsibility to keep our rights or surrender them.

 

We have been coerced into contracts with state corporations. I will not surrender any more of my divine rights. I want to be free of the chains of bondage. I am not a rouge woman against the or any gov. I just want to keep my rights and ensure the constitution is upheld. At this point most of our rights are gone. We must for a little safety, apply for a drivers license with dps and adhere by the transportation codes if we don't want to be harassed my those enforcing those codes. Yet if we choose to remain free we are not left alone and are harassed further by those that swore an oath to protect my divine rights. Thats just wrong. So no matter what we conform and become subjects or remain free and dodge harassment.  A driver is one hired to transport and the Tx transp code if one was to look up the definitions of the wording in a legal dictionary one would discover its specifically designed to regulate commerce. Again I am not engaged in commerce now, nor will I ever be. The ltc is also geared to regulate a person a person in the eyes of today's law is not a human being or a free man or woman its a corporation an actor and so on. Find the downloadable version of Blacks Law 4th edition and look some of the wording up and you will begin to see what I speak of. The truth is hidden in their choice of words and the legal definitions of them. Not Websters definition of them.

 

There is so much we don't know about how we are throwing away our rights to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. When we ask for permission to do anything we are surrendering/ submitting to an owner. That's contradictory to the constitution. Am I free or not?? Voting only guarantees us our chains or regulation from the ruler of our choice. I respect the president and his duties and think he's done a great job thus far. I don't see why we are voting to "save" our nation. As I believe we are the one true deciding factor, we the people united are the power. We are to keep "them" in check.. This is one of the major reasons why we are in chaos in America. We have all been duped and continue to comply in many ways. Now we are upset because they are bringing their true plans to light. These plans have been in effect since before 9/11. How would we know unless we were educated on the use of their words in school. Its become more corrupt as the years have passed.  

 

I agree with a background check as I choose not to fight along side a pedophile, rapist or those who choose to murder the innocent for pleasure. I have a history of dwi and have been sober since 3.08.13. None the less, I would like to keep all of my divine rights as an heir of the Constitution, separate from the corporations (all branches have been incorporated in Texas) and don't feel the need to ask any one for the right to practice my god given.  I know that my position puts me in a tight spot. I'm pretty close to being a wild haired woman cast out of society with my personal fight and the current regulations in place. I will be especially screwed or dead if the NWO is successful. After reading up on the Real Id and researching the definitions of the wording  used therein I have a right to choose who i do business with and those corporations that want to govern my God given, to me are modern day slave owners. I'm exiting the "system" and if I apply now, for an LTC I become a corporate  subject again. My morals and values will cause me denial of an LTC no matter what. I have been working on this subject matter for over three years.  My intent is not to anger any one reading this post I merely want to be honest about the foundation of which I stand firmly on. I would not be accepted in about 90% of the organized militias /groups out there. My position is a hard one and leaves me out here as a lone wolf but I will not give up looking or fighting for whats upright and just in the eyes of Christ.

Pardon my long reply. In this corrupt day and age I must share my true position. So although id love to be a member of that group I know I would be denied based on my commitment to my God given and the constitution for both Texas and the united States of America.   Thank you for the suggestion though. This is one of the reasons I'm on this forum in search of. I cant seem to find a group that wants to keep/ restore their God given rights. 

I didnt get past the first few lines because you already have the wrong idea of us. You're a woman in your 40s. You dont need to have a rifle. Just be willing to learn. You have a sidearm and kinda know how to make it do stuff but that's not all that's required to fight... we need support personnel who van learn how to handle the behind the scenes for the door kickers.

Also. I would warn yall away from III Defense Militia. They are a separatist group with an illegitimate "national structure" and they refuse to coordinate with their own local militias. They also do extreme vetting  which, while admirable, isnt really what militia is supposed to be about. Vetting is for the government... we arent that... we need to all work together and any "militia" that refuses or lays down stumbling blocks, is going to be a hazard to your community. Unity of command is absolutely crucial. That's why we have been working tirelessly to bring every militia in texas together and get them to work together. Any who dont, are a liability. That being said. As the CC for the 903 militia, there will be no separatist or non communicators in my AO. Period. If you believe in the work that's being done, come to the table. If not. Disband.

As for those who want training and operational skills to contribute, come see me. I'll be here all year.

If you need training and organization, texas militia has the best program in the state. Be wary of the national groups as they have no local interests in their command structure. Be wary of any "groups" that insist that you only belong to them as they almost always refuse to cooperate or communicate with anyone else. thses kinds of separatist groups will be their own demise... but if you're in east TX feel free to contact me and I can get you into the best program you've experienced. Everything is to standard. All leadership is experienced and qualified.

Texans, stop trying to recruit outside of your county! PLEASE!!!! If you have people come to you from another area, send them to their local militia leadership. Poaching recruits from other areas only weakens other areas. We are all Texas Militia. One unit per county please. Otherwise, we will wind up with ALOT of operational overlap. This leads to discord. When it comes time for us to be useful to the people we will be too busy fighting each other, to be combat effective against the enemy. I, for one, am not willing to risk the lives of my men OR YOURS over ego. Smith county needs to report to Aco 1-15 as soon as possible. We were supposed to be able to roll out a full training cycle this year but have gotten so much pushback and meddling from other people trying to recruit for their own local crusades that we have lost any traction we had and lost momentum. This isn't a game, men. Lives are on the line here. We HAVE TO WORK TOGETHER.

Everything you've just said is the foundation for the new structure. Add in standardized training and communications along with a comprehensive command structure and balanced division of responsibilities and you have what we have worked years to obtain

The light foot militia no longer exitst... we are stuck with the domain for another year and a half or so. The light foot name only applies to infantry militia units. All of it is explained on the website I gave you... all of it... go check it out. If you're 9n facebook would encourage you to contact me there and I can bring in my leadership.

All militias in texas are by nature texas militia... your location dictates your unit.. better?

Texas militia is separate from all of the above. Texas militia is the culmination of all texas patriot groups and individual units. It is all one now, with the exception of one... TSM.

Ok point for point then.

1. The creators of the ACM model. The area code structure cannot work in Texas. We have too many variables. It kills command and control. However it gives us a good idea of where you are and who you fall under.

The answer to 2 and 3 is the same. Texas Militia. Proper. The whole shebang. The civilian texas army. All of us. Here... look at this.

As for TSM covering their state... that's incorrect. They have multiple individual fractures structures. Texas militia is the unification of all Texas units under a comprehensive command system that ultimately reports to the governor in constitutionally relevant matters.

The "903 Militia" doesnt exist. This discussion has already been had with the admins and creators of the idea. We dont use it as a leadership structure in Texas. We already have all of that. However it is a great way to direct recruit flow. That's what we are using it for. Most of the 903 area is covered by the 15th regiment. All I need is your county so I can direct you. I'm the POC for the 903 coverage area.

We are not basing leadership or structure off of area codes, however if you are within the 903 area of the northeast part of the state, you need to report in immediately so that you can be directed to your local leadership. Most of the 903 AO is covered by the 15th Regiment of the Texas Milita. From clay county to, Coryell, to Sabine to Bowie, is the coverage area for 3rd brigade. Included in this is 8th, 14th,15th, 9th and 20th Regiments. The 15th is comprised of van Zandt,  Kaufman, Henderson, Rains, wood, camp, upshur, Gregg, Marion, Smith and Harrison counties. Jayhawker, you aren't in TSM territory. You're in texas militia AO. We are working diligently to unify with TSM but as of yet we have been unable to get a face to face conversation. However. Depending on your county I may be able to direct you to your local leadership. We train on Saturdays. The only sundays that we use are 1 at the end of each quarter even then we probably wont use more than a couple hours in the morning.

Well kax...  I hear that alot... half the people who say it get with the program the other half shrug their shoulders... but the structure is tested and sound. It works. All I really need is contact info from whoever is coming in. We have everything in place. All leadership has to do is pick it up and use it.

I posted the structure map for texas. We will use the area code system... a little bit. Not in its entirety... but in part. Mark me down for 903.

Understand I'm not hating on TSM whatsoever. I love you guys, but the bylaws and chapter method has actually led to some division in certain areas... the structure weve put forward allows for the chapters and bylaws not only to remain but to grow while at the same time allowing for easy and effective communication and command control of our areas of operation. For example... in tyler... there is texas militia and texas state militia because there has been that lack of communication and now we have to split recruitment and weaken each unit individually instead of strengthening into one single unit. Tyler is where this has all started and we would like to continue to use it as a proving ground.

States rights trump federal supremacy,constitution does and always will overrule states.
