Hi everyone, wanted to take a moment to introduce myself. I was messaged about checking out the site and still learning the ropes. My name is Sarah Capps and I am the State Secretary of the Illinois 3%ers Militia. I am also my zones Homesteading/Survivalist Officer and PR/Recruitment Officer.
