Also, I see members of any tribe as U.S. citizens. If they are U.S. citizens, they are NOT a sovereign nation. If they are a sovereign nation, then they are NOT U.S. citizens. It's that simple. Granting special "rights" to some U.S. citizens while withholding those same rights from all citizens across the board is blatantly unconstitutional.

Ok, let's talk treaty. Why not adhere to ALL of the treaty rather than pick and choose? There is wording in the treaty that states x amount of male members of the tribe traveling together is a war party and is to be shot on sight.

I think a lot of the reason they won't come here to cause trouble is that they know they'll get shot if they try and burn down anything in WV. Our state constitution specifically states that defense of state is one reason we have to use the 2nd amendment. Seems to me, preventing the destruction of state infrastructure is defense of state.

It's pretty good, I subscribed last year standing in line for the Trump rally in Wheeling, WV.
