Welcome, Beerman309. Been quiet on this forum. The only one I see on this forum is Dav. He's in Cruces area. He led a meet up about 6 months or so. I've been pounding the ground over here in Alamo challenging the whole plandemic thing. A few of us spreading the truth about the whole planned global control thing. Not many people listening! Sort of like this forum, not many doing anything. Most have their heads in the sand, saying we're conspiracy theorists. I am afraid we are fighting a losing battle. Despite showing facts exposing this whole social distancing/face mask compliance is all a fraud, people keep on doing it to their own detriment!

I know our founding fathers had a hard time throughout the whole revolutionary war, and only a small portion of the population fought, they at least had thousands. Were have all the men gone these days. I saw a retired army who had a mask on his neck, and as I approached him, he pulled his mask over his face. What!! I thought you were a "rebel". "Well, I just have to be careful you know", he replied. I was shocked. A guy who faced who knows what in combat, and an invisible agent that we now know is no more lethal than the common flu has to be careful. I guess he better not get in his car. Walking is so much safer!!! I am sick of this whole place. I see nothing but a bunch of whiney boys who talk a big game but shutter at the mere mention of a covid enforcer may be in the area. WTF!? 

Sorry, Beerman309, I haven't been on this site for awhile and just venting my frustration. Myself and my disable vet wife have been around here and Tx through this whole crappy Covid deal, and we are the only ones protesting this by not wearing masks and taking heat, and I don't see anyone else standing up for liberty and freedom. Besides the truth!!

I guess everyone is waiting for Santa to bring them some gifts. There is only two people I know that are taking a stand. One is Couy Griffin, the Otero County Commissioner chairman, and he has taken so much flack, I can't believe he is still standing. And another friend who is a soveirgn man, who is taking a totally different approach be issuing "Notice of Non-Consent". So far, no one has forced him to comply. I just hope, you, Beerman309, can bring a spirit of liberty to this forum!

Dav, thank you for the update. Sorry we couldn't attend! Dealing with attacks on several fronts. We feel like the "Lone Ranger" right now. One adult child in Wichita Falls, Tx (a top notch nurse) thinks we're crazy thinking this "plandemic" is not bad (yet she knows only a couple covid positive patients and they are fine). Also dealing with local issues (NM SP "discussion", sheriff opinion, several business owners options, plus our own).

And I am trying to get a public info event started here in Alamo. Seems people are sleeping/going along with the plan, or something. I'm trying to wake them up. Got a few but need to roll and go on offense. Because the agenda is rolling along as planned on takedown of America, right under our noses!

I'm not sure I'm posting correctly, but this is important. Like Urgent. I got this info from a friend and it was posted on U.T. 4 hrs ago. You NEED to READ the report from the United Nations. That's right! It's published at "www.UNNWO.ORG". This is absolutely crazy, but true. The whole corona virus we all know by now was planned. That is the stepping stone for this New World Order. We have been working along similar lines, but we're going bigger. We're going to try a "Notice of Liability". Been watching a bunch of videos on corporate law, also know as statute law vs common law. Here's the concept (actually people are using it all the time, courts don't want it known). If someone does something that causes harm, you have 2 paths, each of which has several routes. Statute/corporate law and you can go civil or criminal. Common law you can file for damages, or force them to stop doing whatever. 99% of all court case go statute law where you just about have to be an attorney or pay for one to represent you.

The common law is one physical person against another. No representatives. Based on Bible principals. All court of records can do either. 

So, with the Queen of New Mexico shutting everything down, the only way I can figure to get to her is through her proxies, that is like the state police, who work directly for her or some other agent. My wife and I refuse to stay home. We go to the parks, take picnic lunches, we don't wear masks, we just don't comply. If a state agent stops us, I will had him the paper "Dear Mr. Security Agent" posted on this forum by "Fixer" April 10th, and he give credit to Western Rifle Shooters Association by Matt Bracken. I shortened it to one page. I will give this to the LEO for his review at a later date. But I want to serve him with the "Notice of Liability" whereby he will be for monetary damages for preventing me doing my God-given liberties. The notice is the start of procedings where I make a claim of damages caused by him. Person to person, not as an officer of the court, but as a man. That way he is not protected by his government bond. It's him. He is responsible. Then he would have to file a claim against his supervisor for ordering the LEO to do what he was doing. I don't care what his boss told him to do; it's the man who stopped me and prevented me from doing what I want to do (my God given rights).

I have it in rough-draft but need to condense it. I have a couple of friends who have done this in a similar fashion and both went to court and the 2 district judges point blank asked the prosecutors if they knew what was happening (as they didn't and it was obvious). I one case, Judge Ritter here in Alamogordo, asked the prosecutor if he wants to proceed, but know that this man "defendant" (who turned it around to become the "claimant") will own this court if you do. The prosecutor with the LEO discussed the case and decided to drop all charges. Then the judge asked the "claimant", my friend, would he like to follow through with his claim of damages. My friend then said he would like to wait and leave the case open for some time before making that decision. Judge asked how much time would he like, and he said within the next 2 years. Judge Ritter then said claim is then held open for 2 years. That was it! So my friend can come back and continue HIS claim against the cop for damages. (which my friend said he wants them to sweat a bit and think)..

Point here, we need to hold these people accountable for their actions, and not within the government bonds, because nothing ever happens to the individual. They ruin peoples lives. We are sick and tired of this crap! And we would like to get a rope, but that's not going to happen. So next is the common law court.

I was laughing yesterday at the Home Depot "Social Distance Captain" thinking this is so bizzarre! It is but serious as there is an agenda behind it. Look at this one video by Ben Swann:

@The Wall, I'm sorry if I inferred we'd be back to normal in 2 weeks. I was referring to POTUS making the statement "the next two weeks will be painful, very very painful" along with several others declaring a "glorious event to occur on or before April 21". And of course, in this April history shows 2 past glorious events, the death of Jesus Christ on Passover, and his resurrection 3 days later. And we know God has used rulers of countries to accomplish His message/purpose. 

Yesterday, Sunday, we went to Walmart and we are saddened to see more extreme "social distancing" with barriers and floor stripes directing foot traffic. And our local Home Depot has altered their entrances. One door is for an entrance only, and the other on the east end of the building is for exit only. They are counting individuals as only 150 total customers are "allowed" inside. And there are colored duct tape strips on the floor directing "spacing" for individuals. And now, a "Social Distancing Captain" patrolling the store to ensure all individuals keep their distance. This is looking more and more like communist china. I started laughing almost uncontrollably thinking this is so unreal. I approached into hit 6 ft space a this "captain" allowed me to take his picture. If some one here can tell me if I can post it, I will. 

Everyone is going along with this "play". They are following everything. We think back about the concentration camps of WW2 and wonder why did the Germans allow that to happen. This is how it happened. Some "crisis" is given, and then a series of steps applied as the "solution". I'm not making like of this Corona virus, but people need to do their research. This virus is more contagious, but not any more lethal than the common flu. Listen to doctors like Dr. Rashid Buttar, any of the international doctors on "orthomolecular.org". 

If the government is arresting people for "violating the social protocols" put in place by leaders who really don't know what they're doing, and release convicted felons from prisons, and fail to indict and arrest known criminals (huge list we all know), this country is in BIG trouble. Something "glorious" needs to happen and quickly, or I believe this country will not ever be the same!

TLV, I pray my sources are proven wrong. My wife & I believe the next 2 weeks will set the stage; either a return to truth and justice with the republic, or into a chaotic stage from which a communistic stage emerges. We know the results of the latter. We're all praying.

Ok, guys. I hate to be the bearing of bad news, but here goes. A series of things occurred to provide me with info that is vital. I'm not getting political or so-called conspiracy (beside this corona thing was planned that's a fact) but 3 separate unrelated sources gave me similar info. One had a 20 yr friendship with an FBI investigator who sent her a text which she showed me. It basically said (this was a bit over 2 weeks ago) there would be a total economic shut-down, followed by a huge drop in stock market, then the "play" (his words) would accelerate the corona virus hysteria, Trump will be running operations in the background (rescuing trafficked people including kids) and involves using all the military in addition to the N.G. Trump is expecting a total victory around the 15th to 22 of April and bring great relief and numerous arrests (rich and famous). However, the D.S. will counter by shutting banks down, everybody will be limited to $300/day withdrawal. D.S. will stir up the masses to riot in streets in protest with massive looting/civil unrest. Trump will again us military and no choice but declare martial law by May. So far this text is spot on. Now the other two sources (one ex-military & DHS, with another w/ active military) both said there is war happening within the US govt. And there will be rioting in streets and bank shut-downs because of numerous arrests that are and will be (think DOJ requesting ceasing several amendments including 4th last week). Followed by food shortages (as if there wasn't already) but all 3 sources said prepare for limited food/resources for minimum 6 months. Not just NM, entire USA and will be global.

Just pray Trump is successful in his chess moves. This looks like the event we've been thinking would come. Get your affair in order! I don't usually get alarmed, but too many signs. Like the scriptures say, "when you see all these things occurring, get out of her if you don't want to share in her destruction. Flee to the mountains". We ain't fleeing. We're just hunkering down. You folks may want to check your bugout bags. Or stock up now your short on with the corona thing, as this next wave may be the big one!!

Oh, our doctor's office did get shut down. I guess treating terminal cancer patients is by definition, end of the road, according to the queen. So no need to stay open. Determination: 
Non-Essential". That is a totally different battle for another day.

Thank you, Dav! It's not my health but my wife's. She's a disabled vet from the first Gulf War. Nobody, I mean no MD/Dr has been able to help her declining health. Worse and worse. This last bit is a lung issue. After almost 5 yrs, they finally said, "we don't know what is causing her lung issue". She's on O2 24/7 and getting worse and they can't figure it out. Finally, we changed strategy. We found this integrative MD, Dr. Berkson and he spent 4 hrs on our first visit, reviewing everything and said it's chronic systemic inflammation (he ran labs that no one tested before-9 pages worth of results). Started her on specific nutrients and intravenous ALA (alpha-lipoid acid) and in 2 weeks, I could see a difference in her attitude, were walk was faster and had a little bounce. This is the first time her pain went from 8 to 2-3 without any meds! Dr. said she's on the correct path.

So today, my wife decided to send a letter that she does not want to be considered "essential" if there are 3/4 stage cancer patients needing help. She said she'll wait. Been messing with this for 20+ yrs, what's a few more months. Typical for a true Patriot! But we still want to protest the additional burden placed on this doctor by the communistic state government! I'll let you know when and where if we get word they are shutting him down. We could use some support! By the way, this MD is an avid 2nd Amendment supporter!!

La Luz Range (Sydney Paul Gordon Shooting Range) is closed till April 10. Just checked and still the 10th. I imagine it will be extended too, like everything else.

Get this,  our Dr. office received 2 official "Orders" from the NM Dept Health and co-signed by the NM King, that the office must 1. Stop selling/loaning/giving PPE (personal protective equipment) face masks and report to the state every day on the stock inventory of PPE; and 2. treat only "essential" patients, all other patients cannot be see for 3 months! Dr. Berkson is the BEST doctor we have ever had! And now, because he uses simple compounds like vitamin C, ALA, along with nutrition to get patients bodies to heal themselves, and uses pharmaceuticals only as last resort, they make it so hard on him and his staff. That second "order" directs him to get letters from each patient who have to justify their treatment as "essential" vs "non-essential", along with medical records to validate the claims before he can treat anyone. It has to be approved by these beaurocrats in Santa Fe. When I read both sets of orders, it's mumbo jumbo legal talk, I thought these are not doctors but LIARERS! Sure enough, I checked. The king is a lawyer, and the health dept head and her crony subs are all lawyers!!! Actually I did not know that they are actually Social worker attorneys. What is that? It seems all politicians are lawyers! What happened to "representatives". They don't represent the majority of citizens.

This looks like practicing medicine without a license! I am sick of this crap! A doctor should be able to help people heal without asking for permission. We should be able to speak our thoughts without fear of reprisal! We should be able to walk in the parks without fear of getting a citation or worse. 

I thought we lived in the USA; not Communist China! 

Time for me to do some shooting up Dry Canyon! Oh, that reminds me, the USFS has shut down ALL developed facilities and campground. I'll take some photos but I've been told they have locked the gates to these facilities. I thought we the people own those lands. I do know our tax dollars paid for those facilities! They do all this without any public input, because it is an "emergency".

I better stop as I am so upset about this emergency. Look at the NM health data for "ILI" = Influenza-Like Illness for the last full year reported Dec 2017-Dec 2018. Look at the numbers; why weren't they declaring an "emergency" in that year! This year is not even close, comparing month to month. It's all hype.

Got word on Friday that our MD in Las Cruces may have to close down because they were notified that since our MD has good supply of masks/gloves/IVs (he stocked up back in Jan) the local hospitals may need to "acquire his stock" to fill their needs. Yeah, so all his own on-going patients can suffer! He handles a lot of stage 3 & 4 cancer patients, and they are doing better. If he has to stop because the hospitals "need" his supplies, we may have to for a human chain to prevent that from happening! Because someone (this MD) had foresight to stock up for HIS patients, now he may have to shut down. This is BS!! I told the gal in the front desk to call us immediately if they start to take his stock!!!

Here's a couple interesting details on this "emergency". Last Sunday afternoon, while traveling down Whitesands Blvd in Alamogordo, we see 3 horses w/riders walking in the right lane. No banners, except one rider carrying the Am flag. No escort, so we follow in SUV w/flashers for safety. Appears to be Couy Griffin, Chairman on Otero County Commissioners. Short time later I see a State Police following me closely. Horses and us are in an intersection and light turns yellow and we're almost through it when it turns red. The cop then turns his lights and siren on, and I pull into a closed business parking lot,  thinking he's going to cite me for running the red light. After a few minutes, he come up and says that we are impeading the follow of traffic and we cannot follow the horses. So go on your way. Do not follow the horses. I argued briefly about the safety of the horses and riders. He then says he's going to talk to them next. He then drives to the horses. My wife and I both agree we'll take a citation, but we're going to continue.

As we drive up to the now reparked State Trooper who is getting back into his cruiser, I walk past him and turn around so he can see me and my hands, get acknowledged, I approach his window. He rolls it down (he has a thick black notebook open- looks like a code book- he's looking for some code to give citation-basically trying to figure how to make these people guilty of something), and I tell him we're going to refuse his orders, he can give us a citation, but we are going to follow the horses and riders on the grounds of safety. Here's the point, he said he cannot cite anyone. It was a "recommendation". I then thanked him for his recommendation, and we'll continue on. QUESTION EVERYTHING. DO NOT OBEY IF IT IS AGAINST YOUR LIBERTY! TIME TO TAKE A STAND!

At this point, I approach the riders, and see it is Couy and he states he is exercising his 1st, & 2nd amendments (they were open carrying)as the king has shutdown all parks and prohibited the free assembly of 10 or more people. He asked members in his church and members of the "Cowboys for Trump" to assemble and protest. Well, you can see how many showed support.

We all continued to the Fairgrounds and as they were dismounting, 2 different State Police SUVs showed up. This could get exciting. Nope. They just had to make "Contact" with us, whatever that means. They told us they commented Couy for his stand, and he replied that since they work directly for the king/governor, to tell her he will not comply. We all agreed (grand total of 7 now as 2 more people showed up). We were hoping for 11 at this point. The Cops wished us well and left.

Now this is the second issue I want to warn everyone. On Friday, we were in Las Cruces for my wife to get nutritional infusions at the Integrative Medical Center on Commerce Dr with Dr. Berksen (this MD is a absolutely fantastic. He helps patients to fix themselves with natural compounds). The staff informed us that we need to call before going over there as they got word that their medical supplies (masks, gloves, antiseptics, etc) may be confiscated as the hospitals are running low. Dr. Berkson told us last month he anticipated this China virus and ordered extra for his patients. If they raid his office, he will have to shut down. Let me say, in the 3 weeks of us going there, we have met so many people that are stage 3/4 cancer who are happy. Have you ever seen anybody with those ailments HAPPY? He is helping them! And my wife going to the VA and many, many MD, no one could figure out my wife's problems; only more meds. Not only is she off her meds, but I have not seen her so happy in almost 20 yrs. This guy is HELPING HIS PATIENTS. And he may be shutdown! If this happens, we'll be down there to attempt to stop them. I'm pissed! How dare they. I almost died a few years ago because of incompetence at a LC hospital. We met people who travel from all over the county/world to have Dr. Berkson's treatments (IV and oral supplements). 

Last point, one the AM radio, probably 690AM, there was PSA about the emergency and only essential businesses were allow open. Any others were not following the emergency orders, and if you see one open call this number, and report it to the STATE POLICE! WOW, this sounds like NAZI GERMANY during Hitler's reign.

Good morning. Nothing unusual on military movements. Holloman AFB is closed to all but "essential personnel". Just noticed our local gun stores are closed. Yep, King Grisham shut down all "non-essential" stores because of the "emergency". NM China virus patients hit 100 cases, and that prompted the "emergency". This is becoming Ca. Our local range in La Luz is shut down till April 10.

Hi Claw Hammer. I am now an IIT-0, an are promoting AS in our area, Alamogordo/La Luz, NM. We had our first in May, and second one last Oct. We actually had one student traveled 200 miles from Albuquerque. He qualified Rifleman with open sights, then went on to qualify with his red dot. I learned a lot from that student. It works both ways!! LOL.

We found an single old "Appleseed" flyer at our local county gun range near La Luz, NM. last year.  My wife & I found an Appleseed event in El Paso and attended (my wife just wanted to watch as she really doesn't like guns). I thought I was a good shooter until I tried it. Boy, I had a lot to relearn. But it wasn't the shooting aspect that touched my heart, it was the history. It touched my wife so much she decided to shoot, too. She got her adaptive "Rifleman" patch the second day!!! I didn't. We attended a second event 6 months later, again in El Paso. I got my patch. Huzzah! 

But the history has spurred us into action. We are repeating history, and it doesn't look good. The sacrifices of our forefathers were all for naught if we just stand by and do nothing! The torch has been handed to us, and it our obligation to roust people out of their stupor and SEE what is happening rapidly before our eyes!

Seems like one county, Tazewell, is drafting some ordinances to protect local officials, the sheriff, and law enforcement to allow them to protect them from state laws and to organize a county militia. We are exploring around the Hawthorne area as we found some good old conservatives who have similar views, as we contemplate moving from the EVIL state of NM. Of course, NM is not the only evil state. We really want to be closer to our grandkids. There are so many people, its hard to comprehend how this place can survive. Really, if things go bad, this is not a good place to be. I'll visit later. Keep on posting. Maybe get some other people on-board.

Seems like not much activity here in southern NM. We are currently in central Florida visiting grandkids. Too many people around here!!! Heading back to the socialist/Marxist state of NM after the first of the year. Looks like constitutional citizens of Virginia may stage a state-wide protest against their Demorat legislature and governor! He, the governor basically said he will teach the law-breakers a lesson after all 8 anti-gun laws get passed and he signs them into law. Citizens are organizing and preparing protests (90 of 95 counties signed 2nd Amendment Sanctuary County agreements) against the proposed new laws. Citizens stated they will not conform. Assistant to governor stated they may call in the national guard and set up road blocks into/out of state and confiscate guns. National Guard Lt Col stated he's not making any statement except to be patient and see how it all works out first.

Could get interesting as I've read several adjoining states militias are organizing to lend help if needed. Especially with the bogus impeachment of POTUS, constitutionalists around the country are on alert. Get prepared, brother. There's smoke on the horizon.
