In my humble opinion, I think we've allowed the situation to grow exponentially without any pushback. They continue to do things like this and sometimes picking us off one at a time we allow. Because this is allowed the situation gets worse and worse. Just like the redcoats coming to take our guns this equates to pretty much the same thing. There’s no such thing as an illegal gun if you believe in the Constitution and the written text all these unconstitutional illegal usurpations of the law itself. Have become so numerous and commonplace that most just accept it. I’m not aware of any constitutional amendment that makes any weapon illegal. All I know I’ve heard it before high-minded philosophy will not get you anywhere. However, values in our core beliefs being changed right in front of our eyes is not who we are. I do not believe so. The more we allow this to continue the more they will think they will get away with maybe get away with a lot over the last 15 years

I want to tell you a story, a story about of the “stuff” we are made of, so indulge me, for you may find this beneficial.

 

How we have changed 

 

I am going to show “you” some examples of how we have changed our view and our approach, not for the betterment of our futures, so we can recognize it and reverse it, so indulge me, for you may find this beneficial.

Once upon a time in a not so distant land, a group of colonists in the year of our Lord 1776.
“We the people” stood up to the greatest empire in the world, a tyrannical king imposing his will over his subjects.
We decided to stand up for “our” freedom and liberty, defied a kingdom and declared our independence.
Our desire to be free and thirst for liberty, brought us a great victory, over a far superior force.
We were inspired to create a document called the constitution, that became the centerpiece of liberty and freedom, its purpose was to protect the people’s rights and to limit government.
-That is the “stuff” we were made of.

I can go on and on with this and cite the countless numbers of times that we defended our self and the cause of liberty.
However, history has a way of repeating itself over and over again.
From Korea to Operation Desert Shield, Afghanistan and so forth.
-Because that is the “stuff” are made of.

We are a people forged in the furnace of freedom.
Somewhere along the line “our stuff” became subject of Political correctness, compromise, and tolerance.
The forces we faced in prior conflicts, finally realized they could not win in a frontal assault.
So they began this new approach.

We have been subjected to little doses of big government until it grew into a soft tyranny, this, in turn, has become a source of a great loss of freedom and liberty, like the frog in a slow boiling pot of water.
Then as the soft tyranny grew piece by piece to become hard tyranny.
As a result of today “we” find our self’s standing on the edge of a steep cliff staring in the abyss of socialism.

I am here to remind “You” of the “stuff” “You” are made of, to pull “us” back from the edge of our own destruction.
Socialism is not the stuff we are made of, we were made to fight it.
There is too much unneeded and preventable suffering caused by those who claim to love America while changing it into a socialist state, and that end’s today.
No matter how you label it or describe it, it’s here, our prior enemy has taken control.

We must take action to preserve what little of our republic and our way of life we still have left.
I will not sugar coat it or mince words, this will be hard.
However, we must act to the betterment of our futures.

What do “you” call it, when a government created by the consent of the governed, a government founded to on the idea of protecting the faith that helped build a nation, then turns around and Attacks that very same faith it was based on.
Is that the kind of stuff we were made of?

What do “you” call it, when the government says your children are the responsibly of the state, not the parents?
Is that the kind of stuff we were made of?

What do “you” call it, when “your” government collects, stores, data-mines, and is privy to every phone call, location, duration, and every text sent & received, as well as every Facebook posting without our knowledge or permission?
Is that the kind of stuff we were made of?

What do “you” call it, when a president can change and ignore, the rule of law at will, without the consent of the people or congress?
Is that the kind of stuff we were made of?

What do “you” call it, when the government imposes its will on “the people”, because they believe they know better than you do?
Is that the kind of stuff we were made of?

What do “you” call it, when a “private” conversation is recorded?
Then “your” penalized and demonized for it, then told “you” will be forced to sell “your” property because of it, is Private free speech not protected anymore?
Is that the kind of stuff we were made of?

What do “you” call it when you grant illegal aliens the gift of citizenship and by-pass the entire immigration process, and the rule of law that we were founded upon, as others wait in line to do it the right way?
Is that the kind of stuff we were made of?

What do “you” call it when there is a call for abortion (murder) of unborn children and then in the same breath, they ask you to give up your guns or try to take away your guns in the name of protecting the children which were not aborted?
Is that the kind of stuff we were made of?

What do “you” call it, when “you” are denied “your” right of self-defense for “your” children and family?
Is that the kind of stuff we were made of?

What do “you” call it, when the government comes with great “militant force” and takes “your” cows for eating grass on public land, while the southern border remains open and they promote crossing it illegally?
Is that the kind of stuff we were made of?

What do “you” call it, when the government runs guns to drug dealers south of the border and then calls for US citizens to give up their weapons?
Is that the kind of stuff we were made of?

What do “you” call it, when a government says voter ID is racist and unconstitutional, however they require ID for gun ownership?
Is that the kind of stuff we were made of?

What about “your” government telling people to go on to the internet to sign up for, and receive, any number of government mandates and welfare programs regardless of citizenship?
What about “your” government letting those who have entered the country without prior authorization and providing them ID’s and allowing them to vote on our laws and leaders despite not being a part of our country?
Is that the kind of stuff we were made of?

What do “you” call it, when a United States Ambassador and three other Americans, are left to die, while the government has no problem sending a great “militant force” to takes “your” cows.
Is that the kind of stuff we were made of?

What do “you” call it, when a government does not listen to its own people and in turn, people are afraid of their own government?
Is that the kind of stuff we were made of?

What do “you” call it, when government agencies are used to suppress by forcing the people who created the government, because they oppose what they have become, and are using the very tax money they took from “you” to do it.
Is that the kind of stuff we were made of?

What do “you” call it, when the government spends more than it takes in and it lives beyond its means, then sends that money to other country’s to support ideas we are opposed to as a nation?
Meanwhile, we don’t have what is required right here at home.
Is that the kind of stuff we were made of?

What do “you” call it, when a government strips you of the will to work and provides you with free money, free food, free phones, housing, education etc.?
All beyond any reasonable safety net and all they ask in return is “your” obedience to the state.
Is that the kind of stuff we were made of?

We have gone from a people, who rose at 5 am, worked hard all day, to a people who now wake up at 10 am and play video games all day and collect welfare checks.
Those same people then complain about the guy next door, who has a bigger house and a bigger TV, and their response is, it’s not fair, where’s is the equality they say?
Is this the America we were left by our parents and grandparents?
Is this America our founders, fought and sacrificed for?
Is that the kind of stuff we were made of?

And again I can go on and on, the bottom line is this.
I hope “you” see the point, I am driving here.

Cleary we are in very a deep state of complacency or denial in regards to maintaining our freedoms.
Thomas Jefferson had it right when he said, “When the people fear the government there is Tyranny when the government fear the people there is liberty”
The battle lines have been drawn, those who believe in the cause of liberty, and those who pervert it.
We must understand this, there is no middle ground, and those who sympathize with those who pervert liberty are no different from those who pervert liberty directly.

We will no longer accept the labels imposed, on any of us by those who pervert the cause of liberty in the name of power and control.
Our Society is becoming desensitized to being oppressed, and that means a terrifying Future for Our Children and their Children.
There is too much unneeded and preventable suffering caused by those who claim to love America while changing it into a socialist state, and that must come to an end.

No matter how you label it or describe it, it’s here, our prior enemy has taken control.

The Second Amendment is part of the Bill of Rights. It follows the right to free speech. It is the most misinterpreted and most violated of all of the amendments in our constitution. Every state and almost every municipality in the entire country has violated this simple to read plain English text. It is not because they cannot read it, it is because of the reason the second amendment is there in the first place.

The founders knew that when they were creating and installing their new government that they needed to put in safeguards to prevent this new government from becoming the very thing that they were fighting against during the Revolutionary war, a tyrannical rule of the people by a “king”.

Most Historian’s recognize that without the bill of “right(s)” the constitution would have never been ratified as per Patrick Henry and few other noted in their objections at the convention.

So they wrote the second amendment, of the Bill of Rights and its title says it all. Amendment 2 – “Right to Bear Arms” This is what most people get hung up on, right in the first section, but all you have to do is notice where the “,” is. The word militia in the 1700s referred to the gathering of people.

The next section says; “being necessary to the security of a free state”. So how this is different from the first section is simple. This is plain English; you do not need a dictionary to read and understand this. The terms have not been changed since it was written. “The security of a free state free from the tyranny of overregulation, overtaxing, etc.” Which is exactly what the original founders were fighting against.

In the third section again notice the placement of the “,” “the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.” It says nothing about permits or registration, location restrictions types, models, etc.

As with most of the text in the U.S. Constitution and the Bill of Rights, it was meant to limit the government, not the people, as clearly defined in this quote from Thomas Jefferson.

“In questions of power, let no more be heard of confidence in man, but bind him down from mischief by the chains of the Constitution.” – Thomas Jefferson

The misinterpretation of this simple text has led to all forms of gun control. Gun control has always been a tool that governments have used to restrict the people and to prevent them from rising up against oppressive and restrictive policies. All throughout history, we have seen this everywhere, from the Russians, to the Chinese, and of course the Nazi’s used this quite effectively to suppress any thoughts of rebellion, or even the idea of rebellion, by creating a culture that only the military and police should have weapons. Sound familiar? Human history has a way of constantly repeating itself in a vicious cycle.

This is the real reason behind the second amendment, and the founders knew this over 230 years ago. This is nothing less than amazing foresight. Furthermore, history has shown that this is the only tool that can used by to the people for removing a king or a tyrant.

 

Our founders were smart enough to put in legal methods, in several aspects of the Constitution, and in the event that all of those fail, the second amendment goes into play to protect the security of a free state.

“We the People as a whole believe that the right to bears arms is a fundamental requirement to maintaining our freedom from Tyranny in any form, including our own government.”

“A well-regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a Free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.”

So now you can maybe see that this is not a problem of actually being able to read the simple plain text, but more of a mechanism to control people. Most believe that the text is plain and simple enough. However, in today’s misinterpreted hypersensitive politically correct landscape, this simple text has become a problem for some who seek to control or Lord over the others via the power of government.

Long-term we can educate future generations to understand plain English instead of interpreting.

In the meantime, we can offer a solution with more clarity for those who do not understand plain English.

There are two types of people that are opposed to the Second Amendment.

• The first group understands the purpose of the second amendment and seeks to remove it, so they can impose their will upon the people without any retribution.
• The second group is those who do not understand the purpose of the second amendment, and have never looked it up because they have been indoctrinated by the lies perpetrated and engineered by the first group.

“Throughout the history of the world there have been despots, tyrants, dictators and kings who have imposed their will over those they conquered. After defeating rival armies in battle, many of these rulers went on to lead cruel, ruthless and abusive regimes largely by keeping the subjugated powerless to resist”

So what we need to do is reverse all the damage and misinterpretation that has been done on a countrywide scale. The Second Amendment is part of the Bill of Rights, the Bill of Rights is supreme to any state law because it is a top document signed into law around the same time frame the Constitution was, and without it, the Constitution would have never been ratified and the new government would have never took place. So it is above and beyond any state legislative action. Please understand that this is not a state rights issue.

They feel justified that they can mandate you to buy a product or insurance just for being alive. Yet they are trying to restrict your ability to buy or own a firearm, which is a guaranteed American right, not a privilege, for the past 230 years and is specifically listed in both the Bill of Rights and the Constitution when products or insurance mandates are not. It matters not what any single Judge says, or any global agency like the UN, or any treaty set forth by either of these entities, and it surely matters not when announced by any would-be emperors, posing as American representatives.

2^nd Principle: A free people cannot survive under a republican constitution unless they remain virtuous and morally strong.

It has also been said, that a Republican form of government or a constitutional Republic only works because the people believe in the rule of law and voluntarily follow the rule of law, self-governed by the understanding that there are consequences for violating constitutionally instituted law, not just to the law itself, but to a higher power.

This the only way that any form of government can really work? If we do not voluntarily agree and consent to be governed by the rules of this constitutional Republic, there is no system of government anywhere on earth that could force millions of people to comply with it without the use of overt tyranny; this is a fact, not only today in 2019, but throughout all of human history.

It has also been said that resistance to tyranny is obedience to God because God created you to be free and to make your own choices via free will. So when they make a law that is outside of the Constitution i.e. our Republican form of government, it becomes tyranny and must be resisted. To comply, and not to resist such tyranny, means that you give up your faith in a higher power, your belief in a constitutional Republic, and allow the state to become your Lord and Savior. This is not the inherent state of man or mankind, it is to be free as our creator intended. Again when God created you, you were given free will to make choices and decisions for yourself, so the choice is yours and yours alone – tyranny or liberty.

However let me ask you this if you do not understand our constitutional system, How do you know when it has been violated and has become tyranny?

 As citizens of the United States of America, we are not obligated to comply with unconstitutional laws.  Quite the contrary.  ?

I like C2 because it's close to a wall and near the kitchen wall that also gives a better some and a line of sight to the front door and an active shooter situation, control the room, were the majority of people, they aren't going to see the guy in the back right away l, due to the wall in the distractions from the kitchen people coming in and out, most likely because most active shooters aren't trained at all, or that way it's a matter of emotion. it puts me in a position to react to faster and engage the threat while minimizing casualties.

“One problem in the USA is people can't carry on a calm conversation.”  As someone who is actually been to multiple other countries totally disagree with that statement, some get downright violent if you oppose even the idea of going against their standards of reason and logic.
 

That wasn’t always the case the left to seek to shut down debate so many different areas over a period of time that most don’t engage in that because of that very reason. They use public shaming and are good-natured values against us for so long. So, therefore, they changed the parameters of the debate all they know how to do was call names, again using our values against us in our inherent good nature, using names they don’t even understand the history behind, races was a term used by early communist in Russia to browbeat  the dissenters of communism, that worked out well didn’t it.  they don’t use reason and facts. And they don’t stay within the frameworks of our constitutional republic if you look at the case for the 2020 socialist communist party and yes those words are interchangeable if you understand the context of what’s really going on. The things that they are suggesting a talk about are so far outside of the constitutional republic in the framework they agreed to it’s like the twilight zone or a bad episode of outer limits.

Values:

Whether you’re a Democrat independent Republican or illegal socialist, or a communist, etc. etc.. It’s all about values not be a political party you supposedly are part of. If you don’t have the same value structure, common interest commie goals and how can you nurture a relationship around something that is so outside of what you believe. Men have been using political party in this country for 200 years to divide and conquer. George Washington said the parties will be the death of the nation, of course, I'm paraphrasing a bit. So again, it doesn’t matter if person X is a Democrat in person Y is a Republican, they both had to stay within the confines of his constitutional republic. Furthermore, it is quite obvious over the years that many run under whatever will get them elected. And they clearly Don’t really believe in the values they say; deceit is the name of the game during a campaign cycle. We’re smarter than this time to see through this. Actions matter more than words.

If they go outside of that they are violating the not only their oath but the compact with the people. The social contract, however, the Constitution is more than just a basic social contract with the people. It is a written framework of who we are what we’re going to do and how we're going to be governed.
 

Thomas Jefferson rightful liberty quote sums it all up one simple neat little package for everybody to understand as long as you can read playing in simple English.

“They are just liberals”, however then people would have to realize that this happened under their watch and would have to admit a major mistake was made, and that they were deceived, and that’s just too uncomfortable for most to swallow.

But we can’t afford this luxury any longer.
 

Understand this, these are not just two different political views at work, these views are polar opposites and are outside of the spectrum and framework of our long-established values and principles.

Socialism, communism, liberalism, Marxism and Muslim policies are charters of negative liberty we do not support or embrace any gray area on this subject.

Logical and reasonable debate:

The ground rules for me have always been simple, stay within the confines of our constitutional republic. Ideas outside of that are not debatable because of her outside of our framework. There are two types of people those who interpret the Constitution and those who read it and understand the context will concepts in plain English.
 

When I’m debating somebody, they have to stay within the confines of our Constitution I don’t engage in theoretical nonsense is a waste of such time. Like debating the concept of socialism actually is illegal under the Constitution under article 4 section 4. Simply because we are guaranteed a Republican form of government, therefore we are a constitutional republic. So, I tell them if you want socialism moved to a socialist country, you’re not getting it here.

 

“Guns so they can legislate on?”  Not sure what you mean by that because the right to bear arms shall not be infringed. does have any clause in there says this gun is okay to legislate on this model of gun, so, don’t give me that nonsense if you can’t have a machine gun, blah blah. Oh, the founder didn’t anticipate, actually they did because the earliest rapid-fire gun, predates the founders. They did anticipate that governments will do evil and the people should be able to protect themselves from such tyranny. This concept predates the founders. We’ve allowed them to get away with too much in this area we don’t promote the value of life and we don’t promote the same values of gun ownership we once did, that is a direct result of the left controlling the narrative in this Republic for far too long. Again the term the left as we so call them is just a smokescreen of deceit, to begin with. This country was founded on a center-right values period.
 

I don’t believe it’s okay to be anti-gun unless the context is you just don’t like guns i.e. you don't want to own a gun you should not be forced to be own a gun, Oh wait you can only be forced to by healthcare by the government by the force of a gun!! Yeah, any clear logical person sees the ridiculous nature of that statement.

 

That’s ridiculous. However, if you’re following the true intention of the Constitution and the founders who wrote the Second Amendment with great genius you understand. You are meant to own a gun if not the sole purpose of protecting your freedom. The government came along and said hey you have to own a gun. That would be constitutional because it’s actually part of the agreement pack you agree to when you said hey I want to live under the constitutional republic. Healthcare is not the Constitution and is not a right, it’s a privilege and anybody saying just the opposite this goes to prove my point that they’re not within the boundaries of our constitutional.

 

I do believe in the Constitution all of it or you don’t can’t selectively take pieces of the Constitution like the Communists do and decide which parts work for you the best today! Gun free zones i.e. kill zones or kill boxes make no sense whatsoever this assumes that the Constitution stops at the doorstep of any business or any corporation on American soil again.
 

That’s absurd why did we write the Constitution and “Bill of Rights” in the first place. If you want to follow. Obviously, this goes way back and everything is under the guise of we must protect you via the force of government. Again, most people see the obvious ridiculousness of the statement.  And when it comes to the other rights we don’t have our freedom of speech on Facebook or Google which is a total violation of the First Amendment because it’s a private business. It is not a private business is the public business, that engages the public. And it’s on American soil ran by an American company ran by Americans who have to abide by the Constitution no matter where they are, that was the agreement. This is how they do it all the little pieces and parts have been disassembled over a period of time.  

If your anti-gun your anti-Second Amendment your anti-Second Amendment Your Anti Constitution and therefore your anti-Constitution, furthermore that makes you anti-American because every citizen whether they’re naturalized or not or any member of the service takes an oath, however, the oath is inherent to every citizen that will support and defend the Constitution, Or your word you just gave, If you don’t do that and you just agreed to and only selectively pick one or two parts of the Constitution and call yourself an American are you considering you just broke your word and your oath that you actually said you would abide by, how can he be trusted and believed with anything else if you can’t keep a simple agreement and abide by your word. That’s logic 101. That is mystical I get it most people don’t have common sense or logic 101 skills.
 

Another example is illegal immigration it’s “illegal” I’m not going to debate the concept of lawlessness it’s a criminal act.   with an individual. Why should I waste my time trying to convince you that what you’re doing is illegal! When is already clearly spelled out in plain English that the act of coming here without prior authorization is illegal, and then all the other crimes associated with that!
 

We might as well debate robbing a bank that’s illegal right why not debate that. Again ridiculous. Open borders of the agenda of destruction. Either we have a border or we don’t have a country, we can keep our family safe is a take away our guns and open the border we might as well just submit to the master planning of our life they seek to impose upon us. Tuesday you wear blue shirts with purple socks and blue pants: after all, it’s a government mandate at the end of a barrel of a Gun Almighty had a machine gun were not allowed to own. Because the government must have overwhelming force to beat us into submission if we ever stop bottom line. Noncompliance means death yeah it’s that ridiculous.

And then referring back to another section of article more section for U.S. Constitution. Each state will be protected from invasion and I think people like to use the semantics of what invasion means when more than I’m mean people rush front door of your house and force their way yet is that not an invasion. Amplify that via border were 10,000 people care of their not armed all Trojan horse.

 

Life:

And on the issue of life. is illegal to kill people we know, it’s illegal to kill people, however, they apply nicer kinder gentler terms to the use of murder. Like the word abortion equals murder. Pro-choice is not pro-choice and is pro-death. What choice are you giving the human baby other than death? But how can it be a choice at all it should be called pro-death. That would be more logical and based in common sense. However, it sounds to an ugly for a person to go around saying hey let’s kill human babies call it a choice.  That’s outside the bounds of simple human decency, to push such an agenda is outside of our framework, and is pure evil. And of course, so-called murder or the act of not committing murder is not in the constitution. some things don’t have to be written in text for them to be obvious. Thou shalt not kill. Now killing communist who was trying to kill us would be self-defense. Another logic bomb!!!!
 

Also, they claimed that it is the reproductive rights of women to control their own bodies, that’s an oxymoron because they want to kill the very first thing that they are trying to reproduce. Their logic skills just blow my mind it’s amazing that they could even function in the morning, how do they even tie their shoes, just saying. So, the act of making a baby and putting the baby inside of another human body to grow, the process of creating life does not now give you the right to destroy that life, if you deem it’s not necessary, that’s ridiculous. If we want to use that logic I deem that socialist and communist liberals and Islam don’t and are Republic so do I have the right to go kill them, using that logic it seems pretty clear I would be a yes.
 

Those that would use the Constitution against us by saying something like what abortion i.e. murder, is not in the Constitution is not one of the enumerated powers that protected, to that I say really are you that stupid some things don’t need to be written in text. Or do they. Don’t put the cat in the microwave. Be careful with the coffee it may be hot, don’t spill it in your lap. If you and I mean hello.
 

Then there’s the First Amendment all my God that’s a big one. Freedom of the press. Where does it say that you can weaponize the press for an agenda based on another political party? Weaponized news has become a tool of the far-left socialist nonsense commie rats. But yet if you attack the press “we have freedom of the press” - we don’t have freedom three obvious and abound propaganda for the use of one political agenda. See how that selective use of the Constitution, just parts of it that serve their need for today. to favor whoever wants to invoke it. Either you believe in it all or you don’t this is not a cell phone plan people or piecemeal infrastructure plan. It’s not a buffet plan, we your pick out the pieces and parts you like and leave the stuff you don’t like on the table Logic 101 common sense 101.
 

Then you have Islam the tenants of Islam are tyrannical and anti-Constitutional especially if you’re going to invoke sharia law. So again, using the First Amendment again. This is how they do it, selective use of a certain part of the Constitution and then they use propaganda to amplify it totally absurd. People buy it oh yeah like it’s an awesome bag of chips. However, is a really bad bag gives you a horrible stomachache 30 minutes after eating it.
 

So if you know your history you understand why the Marines were created in the first place you understand that we were fighting Islam since our inception, why should we allow them to be part of our government. Also, a 1954 1956 law that prohibits any ideology or religion that seeks to overthrow the US government with my system of a government, not based in our constitutional republic. That can be applied to socialism and communism, they like to say that socialism is a means of controlling the production of something, that’s the propaganda it’s a tyrannical system is imposed by government at the end of the barrel, that’s why they don’t want you to have a gun.  
 

that’s exactly why the founders put in the Second Amendment in place, maintain the security of a free state. So they can’t lord over you by those seeking to manage every aspect of your life that’s what they tell you. Islam has an allegiance only to Islam so someone who practices a true tenant of Islam cannot be an American citizen and give their allegiance in their two the Constitution. I hate to be the bearer of acts in logic so early in the morning but hey.
